A difference was found between fluconazole (14.7 mm) and the 75% concentration of the ethanolic extract of F. ananassa (28.1 mm). A significant increase in absorbance by spectrophotometry was observed in all the concentrations of the 5%, 25%, 50% and 75% ethanolic extract of F. ananassa compared to the positive control after 48 hours of incubation being statistically significant.en_US
