Complejo de servicios administrativos y culturales para la dirección desconcentrada de cultura en el departamento de Piura - Perú

Abstract

El siguiente estudio, conlleva al proyecto de “Complejo de servicios Administrativos y Culturales para la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura en el Departamento de Piura – Perú”, es un equipamiento cultural, que ayuda a impulsar y propagar la cultura de la ciudad, aportando a la integración social mediante eventos culturales y financieros. Es financiado por el grupo Intercorp, Gobierno regional y Municipalidad Provincial de Piura. La infraestructura del complejo se basa en una arquitectura sostenible y sustentable, mediante la integración del contexto con las actividades que se desarrollara, además de innovadores espacios donde se ejecutarán los eventos culturales de Piura. Se podrá diferenciar la circulación de los usuarios según el rol que van a desempeñar, además de aprovechar la topografía para poder darle un realce a la volumetría, aportando con la imagen urbana del sector a desarrollarse. En el primer capítulo, se podrá apreciar los datos generales del proyecto, el segundo y tercer capítulo, abarca toda la fundamentación, desde datos teóricos, metodología, diagnostico, problemática, objetivos, localización, oferta, demanda, análisis de servicios demandados. Luego se desarrolla el programa de necesidades que corresponde al quinto capítulo. En el sexto y séptimo apartado, se mencionan todos los patrones que aportarán al desarrollo del proyecto. Por consiguiente, la propuesta arquitectónica, teniendo en cuenta la idea rectora, cuadro de áreas, planos y detalles arquitectónicos, por último, se desarrollarán las especialidades de estructuras, eléctricas y sanitarias, teniendo en cuenta en desarrollo de instalaciones especiales.

The following study to obtain the Architect's Degree, corresponds to the project of “Complex of Administrative and Cultural Services for the Decentralized Direction of Culture in the Department of Piura - Peru“, is a cultural facility, which helps to promote and spread the culture of the city, contributing to social integration through cultural and financial events. The Intercorp group, the regional government and the Provincial Municipality of Piura finance it. It will be possible to differentiate the circulation of the users according to the role they are going to play, in addition to taking advantage of the topography in order to give a boost to the volume, contributing with the urban image of the sector to be developed. In the first chapter you can see the general data of the project, the second and third chapter, covers the entire rationale, from theoretical data, methodology, diagnosis, problems, objectives, location, supply, demand, analysis of demanded services. Then the needs program corresponding to the fifth chapter is developed. In the sixth and seventh chapters, the regulations, architectural parameters and safety are mentioned, which will contribute to the development of the project.In the eighth chapter the architectural proposal will be appreciated, taking into account the guiding idea, table of areas, plans and architectural details, finally, the specialties of structures, electrical and sanitary will be developed, taking into account in the development of special facilities.
