Nuevo Hospital La Caleta Categoría II-E de la Red Asistencial Pacífico Norte distrito Chimbote, provincia del Santa, departamento de Ancash

Abstract

La presente tesis trata sobre la concepción del nuevo hospital la caleta categoría II-e de la red asistencial pacifico norte distrito Chimbote, provincia del Santa, departamento de Áncash, en base al estudio realizado que comprueba la necesidad de la creación de una nueva infraestructura hospitalaria en la zona.

Para lograrlo, se elaboró primero un marco teórico explicando los aspectos generales de un hospital, los involucrados directo e indirecto en el proyecto, antecedentes del hospital basados en evidencia obtenida, análisis de tipología de arquitectura hospitalaria. Se realizó después el diagnóstico situacional de la región y del sistema de atención del Minsa en l a zona, seguido por el estudio de normativas nacionales, análisis de la cartera de servicios brindados por el actual hospital, y finalmente el análisis de casos arquitectónicos nacional e internacional.

Gracias a esta investigación, se obtuvieron por resultados el adecuado modelo arquitectónico conceptual, la formulación de criterios arquitectónicos en el diseño, y la propuesta de un hospital categoría II-e

Es así que el siguiente proyecto, se plantea como respuesta a una situación de interés común y preocupación, no solo a nivel del sector desarrollado, sino también a nivel nacional como una alternativa de solución a las brechas que se dan en la atención de salud de las poblaciones menos favorecidas.

El presente plan de tesis, es resultado de mi investigación en el curso Integral de Diseño Arquitectónico 8 y 9, durante los períodos académicos 2014 – II y 2015 – I, con el tema “NUEVO HOSPITAL LA CALETA” la cual está ubicada en la Región de Ancash, Provincia del Santa, Distrito de Chimbote.

This thesis deals with the conception of the new hospital La Caleta category II-e of the northern Pacific care network Chimbote district, province of Santa, department of Áncash, based on the study carried out that proves the need for the creation of a new hospital infrastructure in the zone. To achieve this, a theoretical framework was first developed explaining the general aspects of a hospital, those directly and indirectly involved in the project, background of the hospital based on evidence obtained, analysis of hospital architecture typology. The situational diagnosis of the region and the Minsa care system in the area was then carried out, followed by the study of national regulations, analysis of the portfolio of services provided by the current hospital, and finally the analysis of national and international architectural cases . Thanks to this research, the appropriate conceptual architectural model, the formulation of architectural criteria in the design, and the proposal of a category II e hospital were obtained by results Thus, the following project is presented as a response to a situation of common interest and concern, not only at the level of the developed sector, but also at the national level as an alternative solution to the gaps that occur in the health care of the less favored populations. This thesis plan is the result of my research in the Integral Architectural Design course 8 and 9, during the academic periods 2014 - II and 2015 - I, with the theme “NEW HOSPITAL LA CALETA” which is located in the Region of Ancash, Provi nce of the Holy, District of Chimbote.
