Sede Municipal y Cultural en el Distrito de Castilla - Piura

Abstract

Por Ley Regional N° 208 de fecha 13 de agosto de 1920 se crea el distrito de Castilla, siendo presidente Augusto B. Leguía, estableciendo como límites al norte con la Hacienda Miraflores cuya línea divisora colinda con la recta del Puente Piura, al este con los poblados de las Haciendas Angostura, Locuto, Malingas, Ñomala y Huapalas, al sur con el distrito de Catacaos y al oeste con el río Piura. Por consecuencia posteriormente entra en funcionamiento la Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla, en un primer local ubicado en la Calle Ayacucho N° 414. Este proyecto denominado “Sede Municipal y Cultural en el Distrito de Castilla - Piura““ nace como resultado de la necesidad de contar con una infraestructura que albergue todas las unidades orgánicas de la Municipalidad. Donde la importancia de realizar este proyecto constituye una solución de ordenamiento municipal, la misma que con su infraestructura adecuada, ofrece funcionalidad con ambientes cómodos y agradables, los cuales se adapten a sus necesidades. Por lo expuesto, el proyecto no es una propuesta aislada sino forma parte de los objetivos y estrategias del sector y del gobierno local, además de satisfacer la necesidad de capacitación de los servidores públicos del gobierno local de Castilla.

By Regional Law No. 208 dated August 13, 1920, the district of Castilla is created, being President Augusto B. Leguía, establishing as limits to the north with the Miraflores Hacienda whose dividing line borders the straight line of the Piura Bridge, to the east with the villages of the Haciendas Angostura, Locuto, Malingas, Ñomala and Huapalas, to the south with the Catacaos district and to the west with the Piura river. Consequently, the District Municipality of Castilla subsequently enters into operation, in a first location located at Ayacucho Street No. 414. This project called ““Municipal and Cultural Headquarters in the District of Castilla - Piura““ was born as a result of the need to have an infrastructure that houses all the organic units of the Municipality. Where the importance of carrying out this project constitutes a municipal planning solution, the same as with its adequate infrastructure, offers functionality with comfortable and pleasant environments, which adapt to your needs. Therefore, the project is not an isolated proposal but is part of the objectives and strategies of the sector and local government, in addition to meeting the need for training of public servants of the local government of Castilla.
