La función legislativa y la reforma constitucional de educación congresal como requisito

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo general en determinar cómo la función legislativa mejoraría a través de la reforma constitucional del artículo 90 de la constitución política del Perú incorporando como requisito el tener educación superior para el acceso de representación nacional. En tal sentido, se afronta el siguiente planteamiento de problema, ¿De qué manera la función legislativa mejoraría mediante la reforma constitucional del artículo 90 de la constitución política del Perú incorporando como requisito el tener educación superior para el acceso de representación nacional? Logrando como conclusión principal es que la inclusión de la sociedad civil en la toma de decisiones políticas y la exigencia inclusiva de educación superior como requisito para desempeñar el rol de congresista son medidas que mejoran la eficacia del trabajo legislativo en el Perú

The general objective of this research work is to determine how the legislative function would improve through the constitutional reform of article 90 of the political constitution of Peru, incorporating higher education as a requirement for access to national representation.
