Liderazgo transformacional y su relación con el compromiso organizacional en la Institución Educativa Abelardo Gamarra de la ciudad de Trujillo, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el liderazgo transformacional y su relación con el compromiso organizacional en la Institución Educativa Abelardo Gamarra de la ciudad de Trujillo 2019. El tipo de estudio fue no experimental cuantitativo, cuyo diseño fue correlacional transversal. Se aplicó en una muestra de 19 docentes de la institución educativa mencionada. Se utilizó como instrumentos a la Escala de Liderazgo Transformacional de Bass y Avolio y a la Escala de Compromiso Organizacional de Meyer y Allen. Finalmente, se concluyó que existe relación directa entre el liderazgo transformacional de los directores y el compromiso organizacional de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Abelardo Gamarra de la Ciudad de Trujillo 2019 (p<.01), con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman que es igual a ,872**, lo cual significa que la relación es significativa. Por lo tanto se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna.

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the relationship of the transformational leadership of the Directors and the organizational commitment of the teachers of the Abelardo Gamarra Educational Institution of the City of Trujillo 2019. The type of study was non-experimental quantitative, whose design was cross-correlational. It was applied in a sample of 2 directors and 17 teachers of the aforementioned educational institution, making a total of 19 participants. The Bass and Avolio Transformational Leadership Scale and the Meyer and Allen Organizational Commitment Scale were used as instruments. Finally, it was concluded that there is a direct relationship between the transformational leadership of the directors and the organizational commitment of the teachers of the Educational Institution Abelardo Gamarra of the City of Trujillo 2019 (p <.01), with a Spearman correlation coefficient that is equal to, 872 **, which means that the relationship is significant. Therefore the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
