Estudio de zonificación geotécnica para el diseño de cimentaciones superficiales en el centro poblado San Pablo Sur del distrito de Catacaos - Piura 2019

Abstract

En esta investigación titulada “ESTUDIO DE ZONIFICACIÓN GEOTÉCNICA PARA EL DISEÑO DE CIMENTACIONES SUPERFICIALES EN EL PROYECTO LAS PALMERAS DE SAN PABLO EN EL DISTRITO DE CATACAOS, PIURA 2019”. El objetivo principal es, que con un estudio de zonificación geotécnica se determinaran las propiedades físico - mecánicas y químicas de los suelos, con el fin de determinar la capacidad portante y admisible del terreno donde se ha proyectado el proyecto LAS PALMERAS DE SAN PABLO. Se realizará una investigación de campo cuidadosa para así poder obtener resultados verídicos que puedan contribuir a las futuras construcciones de viviendas multifamiliares y unifamiliares. Se prosiguió a un correcto reconocimiento del terreno para programar las excavaciones, además del reconocimiento geológico de áreas adyacentes. Se realizaron 15 calicatas hasta las profundidades de 3.00 m. y 4 ensayos de SPT hasta la profundidad de 5.00 m. para posteriormente determinar sus propiedades físicas y mecánicas de las muestras extraídas y determinar su capacidad de carga que presenta esta zona y finalmente realizar un diseño de cimentaciones superficiales. Con los datos obtenidos se llevó a cabo un mapeo geotécnico del sector que contribuirá de mejor manera a una zonificación, como una herramienta guía de fácil manejo para una mejor planificación, calidad y desarrollo de construcción en el proyecto “LAS PALMERAS DE SAN PABLO”.

The main objective is to determine the physical - mechanical and chemical properties of the soils, in order to reach the carrying capacity and admissible of the land where the project has been projected LAS PALMERAS DE SAN PABLO. A careful field investigation will be carried out in order to obtain real results that may contribute to the future construction of multifamily and single-family dwellings. A correct reconnaissance of the land was continued to program the excavations, in addition to the geological recognition of adjacent areas. 15 pits were made to the depths of 3.00 m. and 4 trials of SPT to the depth of 5.00 m. to later determine their physical and mechanical properties of the extracted samples and determine their load capacity that this area presents and finally make a design of surface foundations. With the obtained data, a geotechnical mapping of the sector was carried out that will contribute in a better way to a zoning, as an easy-to-use guide tool for a better planning, quality and construction development in the Project “LAS PALMERAS DE SAN PABLO”.
