Impacto de la responsabilidad social de minera Barrick Misquichilca S.A. en el desarrollo sostenible de las provincias: Sánchez Carrión, Otuzco y Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad – Perú 2018

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada:” Impacto de la responsabilidad social de minera Barrick Misquichilca S.A. en el desarrollo sostenible en las provincias, Sánchez Carrión, Otuzco y Santiago De Chuco, La Libertad – Perú 2018”, es una investigación no experimental, hace uso de un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo; el objetivo general de esta tesis es explicar el impacto de la RS de la minera Barrick en el desarrollo sostenible en las provincias en estudio en el año 2018 En la ejecución de la presente tesis, se usó como técnica de recolección de datos la técnica de una encuesta estructurada, utilizando como herramienta un cuestionario. Esta tesis ayudará a determinar el impacto que tiene la RS de la empresa minera Barrick y como ésta ha impactado en el desarrollo sostenible de las provincias en estudio. Las empresas dedicadas al sector minero deben de cumplir un papel activo en la determinación de los desafíos que buscan alcanzar ya que el desarrollo económico, social y ambiental son puntos importantes para que éstas sigan explorando más proyectos por ende beneficien más a la población y cuiden el medio ambiente, logrando así un equilibrio entre empresa, sociedad y la naturaleza.

The research work entitled impact of the social responsibility of mining Barrick Misquichikca S.A. on sustainable development in the province, Sanchez Carrion, Otuzco and Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad 2018, is a non-experimental researhmakes use of an approach Quantitative and descriptive. The general objective of this work is to explain the impact of the social responsibility of mining Barrick Misquichilca S.A. in sustainable development in the provinces, Sanchez Carrion, Otuzco and Santiago de Chuco, La libertad – Peru 2018. In performing this work, as a data collection technique, the technique of a structured survey was used, usingthe questionnaire as a tool, this research work will help determine the social responsibility management of the mining compañy Barrick Misquichilca and how it impacts on the sustainable development of the provinces of Sanchez Carrion, Otuzco and Santiago de Chuco. Companies dedicated to the mining sector must play an active role in determining the challenges they seek to achieve since economic, social and environmental development are important ponts for them to continue exploring more projects, thus benefiting the population and taking care of the environment, thus acheving a balance between business, society and nature.
