Centro cívico para la provincia de cutervo - cajamarca

Abstract

En ésta presente tesis para obtener el Título Profesional de Arquitecto, que se desarrolla de forma integral, el Proyecto Arquitectónico sobre “CENTRO CIVICO PARA LA PROVINCIA DE CUTERVO- CAJAMARCA”, en la cual está coordinado como un equipamiento Sociocultural, Municipal- Recreacional de carácter público, siendo de por sí su ubicación en un lugar estratégico de Cutervo, teniendo como principal atracción el cerro Ilucán y el Parque Nacional de San Andrés. El proyecto es promovido por la Municipalidad de Cutervo. El centro cívico, trae consigo actividades socioculturales, municipales y recreacionales con sus servicios afines, buscando innovar una arquitectura moderna, sustentable en este escenario natural; y aportar tanto en la ciudadanía como la imagen paisajística rural del centro poblado de Cutervo. Con la elaboración de la primera parte sobre la investigación programática del proyecto se da a conocer la elección del proyecto de interés y la tipología funcional del equipamiento, generando la definición del objeto de estudio con la recolección de la información y levantamiento de datos catastrales. Y La segunda parte del proyecto arquitectónico abarcando el procesamiento de toda la información, con construcción de datos, tabulaciones de las ofertas y demandas, dando como resultado la elección del terreno, la elaboración de la idea proyectual, tanto arquitectónicamente, como de especialidades; se describe la memoria arquitectónica del proyecto, desde la conceptualización, la zonificación y organización del proyecto, como también los aspectos tecnológicos.

In this present thesis to obtain the Professional Title of Architect, which is developed in an integral way, the Architectural Project about “CENTRO CIVICO PARA LA PROVINCIA DE CUTERVO- CAJAMARCA” in which it is coordinated as a sociocultural, municipalrecreational equipment of character public, being in itself its location in a strategic place of Cutervo, having as its main attraction the hill Ilucán and the National Park of San Andres. The project is promoted by the Municipalidad de Cutervo. The civic center brings sociocultural, municipal and recreational activities with its related services, seeking to innovate a modern, sustainable architecture in this natural setting; and contribute both in citizenship and the rural landscape image of the town center of Cutervo. With the preparation of the first part on the programmatic of the project, the choice of the project of interest and the functional typology of the equipment are made known, generating the definition of the object of study with the collection of information and collection of cadastral data. And the second part of the architectural project covering the processing of all information, with data construction, tabulations of offers and demands, resulting in the choice of land, the elaboration of the project idea, both architecturally and specialties; the architectural memory of the project is described, from the conceptualization, zoning and organization of the project, as well as the technological aspects.
