dc.description.abstractObjetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados a tuberculosis multidrogorresistente de los pacientes de los centros de salud de Piura 2015-2018.Material y métodos: Estudio observacional, retrospectivo, descriptivo, transversal, se estudiaron los casos de tuberculosis multidrogorresistente. Que involucro a los pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis multidrogorresistente atendidos en los establecimientos de salud del primer nivel de atención del distrito de Piura en el periodo establecido. Resultado: se encontraron 24 pacientes con Tuberculosis Multidrogorresistente; de los cuales 79.16% fueron de sexo masculino, la frecuencia de los pacientes fue mayor entre 19 a 30 años, en cuanto a características socioeconómicas la ocupación tanto los desempleados y empleados tuvieron la misma frecuencia con 37.5% respectivamente. En hábitos nocivos consumieron alcohol 37.51%, mientras que 20.84% consumieron tabaco, solo 12.5% tuvieron contacto con otro paciente TB MDR. La patología más frecuente fue diabetes mellitus tipo 2 con 20.83%, la mayor parte tuvo como antecedente TB sensible 83.33%, como curados un 8.33%, la mitad abandonó tratamiento 50%, y recaída 4.17%. Conclusiones: --En las características demográficas a TB MDR el 79.16% fue de sexo masculino, con un rango etario entre los 19 a 30 años ,se da a conocer que en factores clínicos asociados a esta enfermedad, los hábitos nocivos como el consumo de alcohol representa 37.51%, tabaco con un 20.84% y Tabaco/alcohol con un 12.5% siendo un factor determinante para la tuberculosis multidrorresistente.El presente estudio detectó 10 (20.83%) casos en total de Diabetes Mellitus tipo II, siendo esta la comorbilidad con mayor presencia. En las características propias de la TB MDR y clasificación, de pacientes con diagnóstico de Tuberculosis Multidrogorresistente la mayor parte tuvo como antecedente TB sensible 83.33%, la mitad abandonó tratamiento 50%, un 8.33% se clasifico como curados, recaída un 4.17%.es_PE
dc.description.abstractObjective: To determine the risk factors associated with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis of patients in the health centers of Piura 2015-2018.Material and methods: Observational, retrospective, descriptive, cross-sectional study, cases of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis were studied. That I involve patients diagnosed with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis treated in health facilities of the first level of care of the district of Piura in the established period. Result: 24 patients with Multidrug-resistant Tuberculosis were found; Of which 79.16% were male, the frequency of the patients was greater between 19 and 30 years, in terms of socioeconomic characteristics, the employment of both the unemployed and employees had the same frequency with 37.5% respectively. Conclusions: - In the demographic characteristics of MDR TB 79.16% were male, with an age range between 19 and 30 years, it is known that in clinical factors associated with this disease, harmful habits such as consumption of Alcohol represents 37.51%, tobacco with 20.84% and Tobacco / alcohol with 12.5% being a determining factor for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. The present study detected 10 (20.83%) cases in total type II Diabetes Mellitus, this being the comorbidity with greater presence.In the characteristics of MDR TB and classification, of patients with a diagnosis of Multidrug-resistant Tuberculosis, most of them had a previous history of sensitive TB 83.33%, half abandoned treatment 50%, 8.33% were classified as cured, relapsed 4.17 %.en_US
