Influencia de la aplicación del software Zabbix en el monitoreo de la red de área local de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos zona registral N° V - sede Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Influencia de la aplicación del software Zabbix en el monitoreo de la red de área local de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos Zona Registral n° V - Sede Trujillo” tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la aplicación del software Zabbix en el monitoreo de la red de área local de la SUNARP. El método empleado por el tipo de investigación fue aplicada, longitudinal y experimental con diseño pre-experimental, la muestra tomada corresponde al sistema de monitoreo de la Red LAN. Se contrastó la hipótesis general con la t – Student con 24 grados de libertad al 5% de error y 95% de confianza con el valor t tabular de 1.71 y el valor t calculado de 17.69 por lo que se aceptó la hipótesis planteada de que la aplicación del software Zabbix si influye significativamente sobre el sistema de monitoreo de la red de área local de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos Zona Registral. Se elaboró el modelo de diseño alineado a la implementación del prototipo para luego realizar la aplicación piloto del software, la cual mejoró el nivel de eficiencia de gestión en los operadores en el monitoreo de la red LAN, de igual forma se mejoró la emisión de los reportes y alertas en el momento de ocurrir el incidente, la interpretación de los estados facilitó la resolución de problemas y se mejoró el planeamiento y compras de activos después de aplicar el Software Zabbix en el año 2017.

The general hypothesis was contrasted with the t - Student with 24 degrees of freedom at 5% error and 95% confidence with the tabular t value of 1.71 and the calculated t value of 17.69, so the hypothesis was accepted that the application of the Zabbix software if it significantly influences the monitoring system of the local area network of the National Superintendence of Public Registries. The design model aligned with the implementation of the prototype was developed to then carry out the pilot application of the software, which improved the level of management efficiency in the operators in the monitoring of the LAN network, in the same way the emission of the reports and alerts at the time of the incident, the interpretation of the states facili tated the resolution of problems and improved the planning and asset purchases after applying the Zabbix Software in the year 2017.
