Abstract

En la actualidad, mediante el diagnóstico situacional se identificó la problemática económica, social y físico urbana del sector, además de considerar la Distritalización de Alto Trujillo según la Ley N° 31644 en el año 2022, se plantea una Sede Municipal que facilite la prestación de servicios públicos con espacios funcionales y óptimos proyectándose a la demanda del mercado, ya que el edificio que existe hoy en día no cumple con las condiciones adecuadas como Entidad Distrital, asimismo que causa el abandono y demora de sus trámites por parte de los pobladores; aplicar estrategias amigables con el medio ambiente gracias a la climatización pasiva, favoreciendo la eficiencia energética para el acondicionamiento interior de la propuesta arquitectónica mientras logra su estabilidad económica y por último, generar el hábito de convivencia, reforzando la interacción y encuentro entre los ciudadanos a través de espacios flexibles según necesidad de su comunidad, permitiendo la identidad y vinculación con su localidad con el propósito de influir positivamente en la calidad de vida colectiva

Currently, through the situational diagnosis, the economic, social and urban physical problems of the sector have been identified, in addition to the consideration of the District of Alto Trujillo, according to Law N° 31644, a Municipal Headquarters is proposed in 2022 to facilitate the provision of public services with functional and optimal spaces, projecting itself to the market demand, since the building that exists today does not meet the appropriate conditions as a district entity, causing also the abandonment and delay of its procedures by the inhabitants; to apply environmentally friendly strategies thanks to passive air conditioning, favouring energy efficiency for the interior conditioning of the architectural proposal, while achieving its economic stability; and finally, to create the habit of coexistence, reinforcing interaction and meeting between citizens through flexible spaces according to the needs of their community, allowing identity and connection with their locality, with the aim of positively influencing the collective quality of life.
