Diseño estructural de pavimento rígido en calles de la parte baja del Centro Poblado El Milagro – Huanchaco – Trujillo – La Libertad

Abstract

El proyecto se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de Huanchaco, provincia de Trujillo, departamento de La Libertad. Tiene como objetivo principal el realizar el diseño de pavimento rígido en las calles de la parte baja del Centro Poblado El Milagro – Huanchaco – Trujillo – La Libertad. Por ello se realizó un conteo vehicular durante una semana en todas las calles propuestas de la parte baja del Centro Poblado El Milagro, anotándolo en fichas de observación para determinar el IMDA y posterior cálculo de ESAL de diseño. Se realizó un estudio de suelos con el cual se determinó el CBR en las calles de estudio de la parte baja del Centro Poblado El Milagro y también se hizo un levantamiento topográfico con estación total en dicha zona. A partir de ello, se estableció el diseño más óptimo del paquete estructural del pavimento rígido. Se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados, para el estudio de tráfico se obtuvo 248,438.53 EE como mayor valor de ESAL de las calles propuestas, para el estudio de suelo se realizaron ensayos a 9 muestras obteniendo como mayor valor 27.7% de CBR. Para el diseño del pavimento rígido se obtuvo un espesor de 15 cm de losa de concreto; con una base granular de 15cm en todas las calles propuestas. Se realizó un presupuesto el cual tiene un costo directo de S/ 18,436,716.5.

The project is located in the district of Huanchaco, province of Trujillo, department of La Libertad. Its main objective is to design the rigid pavement in the streets of the lower part of the El Milagro Population Center – Huanchaco – Trujillo – La Libertad. For this reason, a vehicle count was carried out for a week in all the proposed streets of the lower part of the El Milagro Population Center, recording it in observation cards to determine the IMDA and subsequent calculation of the ESAL design. A soil study was carried out with which the CBR was determined in the study streets of the lower part of the El Milagro Population Center and a topographic survey was also carried out with a total station in said area. From this, the most optimal design of the structural package of the rigid pavement was established. The following results were obtained, for the traffic study, 248,438.53 EE was obtained as the highest ESAL value of the proposed streets, for the soil study, tests were performed on 9 samples obtaining 27.7% CBR as the highest value. For the rigid pavement design, a 15 cm thick concrete slab was obtained; with a 15 cm granular base on all the proposed streets. A budget was made which has a direct cost of S/ 18,436,716.5
