Implementación de Plan y Programa de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa F&L VILCHEZ S.R.L

Abstract

La presente tesis propone la Implementación de Plan Y Programa de Seguridad Y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa F&L VILCHEZ S.R.L., enfocado en cumplir con los preceptos de la Ley N.º 29783 de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Esta empresa se especializa en la manufactura, montaje y mantenimiento de estructuras metálicas y de drywall en sectores como: inmobiliario, industrial, minería e hidrocarburos. El objetivo principal consiste en desarrollar un plan y un programa de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo que se alinee con los requisitos de la Ley N.º 29783, con la finalidad de mitigar los riesgos, fortalecer la seguridad y reducir actos y condiciones subestándar dentro de la organización. Se llevó a cabo un análisis inicial, desglosándolo en cinco aspectos: realizando la lista verificación de lineamientos de SG-SST, elaborando un plan anual SST. Asimismo, se aplicó la herramienta IPER, señalando que los riesgos identificados se encontraban en niveles intolerables, tolerables y moderados, implementando las medidas necesarias para prevenir incidentes o accidentes. Además, se creó un mapa de riesgos y un cronograma de auditorías para verificar el cumplimiento del plan propuesto

This thesis proposes the Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan and Program in the company F&L VILCHEZ S.R.L., focused on complying with the precepts of Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health. This company specializes in the manufacturing, assembly and maintenance of metal structures and drywall in sectors such as: real estate, industrial, mining and hydrocarbons. The main objective is to develop a plan and a Health and Safety program at work that aligns with the requirements of Law No. 29783, with the purpose of mitigating risks, strengthening safety and reducing substandard acts and conditions within of the organization. An initial analysis was carried out, breaking it down into five aspects: carrying out the checklist of SG-SST guidelines, preparing an annual SST plan. Likewise, the IPER tool was applied, noting that the identified risks were at intolerable, tolerable and moderate levels, implementing the necessary measures to prevent incidents or accidents. In addition, a risk map and an audit schedule were created to verify compliance with the proposed plan
