Propuesta de Diseño de un Sistema web/móvil para Optimizar proceso de tareo en una empresa agroindustrial Olmos-Lambayeque

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se encuentra dividido en 5 capítulos, cuyo contenido se describe a continuación: En los últimos años el uso de tecnología para la automatización de procesos se ha vuelto cada vez más frecuente, esto no ha sido ajeno al proceso de tareo de personal el cual consiste en registrar las horas de un trabajador o empleado destinadas a las labores designadas. En ese sentido, se buscó desarrollar un sistema web/móvil para optimizar el proceso tareo apoyándose en la tecnología y que se adapte a la realidad de una empresa agroindustrial. Tal como lo que señala (Martí González, 2019): “…el desarrollo de aplicaciones para el control de horas, una para móvil y, otra para web para una gestión interna del registro de horas laborales…” es una alternativa que refuerza la investigación. Esta tesis desarrollada es de tipo Aplicada y descriptiva con diseño experimental pues se manipula la variable independiente para medir los efectos que produce en la variable dependiente y de esa forma comprobar la hipótesis. Como resultado se obtuvo el diseño de un Sistema web/móvil del proceso de tareo en una empresa agroindustrial con el fin de ser utilizada por las áreas involucradas cumpliendo con las necesidades y requerimientos solicitados. This research work is divided into 5 chapters, the content of which is described below: In recent years, the use of technology for process automation has become increasingly frequent; this has not been unrelated to the personnel assignment process, which consists of recording the hours of a worker or employee destined for designated tasks. In that sense, we sought to develop a web/mobile system to optimize the task process based on technology and adapt to the reality of an agroindustrial company. As pointed out by (Martí González, 2019): “…the development of applications for time control, one for mobile and another for the web for internal management of the registration of working hours…” is an alternative that reinforces research. . This thesis developed is of an Applied and descriptive type with an experimental design since the independent variable is manipulated to measure the effects it produces on the dependent variable and thus verify the hypothesis. As a result, the design of a web/mobile system for the task process in an agro- industrial company was obtained in order to be used by the areas involved, meeting the requested needs and requirements. It is recommended to expand the research by adding new characteristics for piecework, as well as for field work.
