Modelo de gestión integrando nuevas tecnologías de información para gestionar eficientemente el proyecto: Condominio Residencial Sol de Villa - Trujillo – Perú

Abstract

Esta tesis fue realizada con el fin de crear un modelo de gestión que nos permita organizar y administrar el proceso de manera correcta, tal que se pueda elaborar el modelamiento, la planificación, el seguimiento y control de las actividades y de los recursos (mano de obra, materiales, maquinaria y equipos) de manera eficiente, que intervienen en el desarrollo del proyecto de edificación: “Condominio Residencial Sol de Villa” – Trujillo – Perú.

Para ello se propuso la integración y uso de nuevas tecnologías de información: Allplan 2014, software para el modelamiento BIM (plataforma Building Information Modeling) y reporte de metrados. Opus Planet 2014, software para la elaboración de presupuestos y análisis de precios unitarios. Impera 2.2, software para la planificación y control de proyectos. Y el Ms Excel, software de soporte para el registro de datos obtenidos.

Podemos concluir que el desarrollo de este estudio de investigación cumplió los objetivos trazados. Ofrece una propuesta de mayor alcance, menor costo, menor tiempo de ejecución, y a mejor calidad. Esto resulta que la empresa L&G contratistas SAC, empresa ejecutora de proyectos de construcción perteneciente al grupo GYLSA, adopte nuevas tendencias competitivas y cumpla con todas las exigencias que presenta actualmente el mercado.

This thesis was realized in order created a model of management who allows us to organize and to administer the process of a correct, such way that could elaborate the modelamiento, the planning, the follow-up and control of the activities and of the resources (workforce, materials, machinery and equipments) of an efficient way, which they intervene in the development of the project of building: “ Residential Condominium Sun of Villa “ - Trujillo - Peru. For it one proposed the integration and use of new technologies of information: Allplan 2014, software for the modelamiento BIM (platform Building Information Modeling) and report of metrados. Opus Planet 2014, software for the budgeting and analysis of unitary prices. It reigns 2.2, software for the planning and project control. And the Ms Excel, software of support for the record of obtained information. We can conclude that the development of this study of investigation fulfilled the planned aims. It offers an offer of major scope, minor cost, minor time of execution, and to better quality. This proves that the company L&G contractors SAC, executing company of projects of construction belonging to the group GYLSA, adopts new competitive trends and expires with all the requirements that the market presents nowadays.
