dc.description.abstract | Este estudio analizo´ la correlacio´ n entre el nu´ mero de componentes portadores y la
me´ trica SINR en una red LTE-Advanced en el Centro Poblado de Santiago de Cao.
A trave´ s de simulaciones y datos obtenidos mediante un Drive Test, se encontro´ que
un mayor nu´ mero de componentes portadores mejora significativamente el SINR,
evidenciando una relacio´ n directa entre ambos factores. Los resultados tambie´ n in-
dicaron que, aunque el SINR sigue mejorando con el aumento de los componentes,
la mejora se estabiliza despue´ s de un cierto umbral. Este comportamiento resalta la
importancia de optimizar la cantidad de componentes para maximizar la eficiencia

dc.description.abstract | This study analyzed the correlation between the number of component carriers and
the SINR metric in an LTE-Advanced network in the Centro Poblado de Santiago
de Cao. Through simulations and data obtained from a Drive Test, it was found that
a higher number of component carriers significantly improves the SINR, demons-
trating a direct relationship between the two factors. The results also indicated that,
although the SINR continues to improve with the increase in components, the impro-
vement stabilizes after a certain threshold. This behavior highlights the importance
