dc.description.abstractIdentificar si la mala calidad de vida o el ausentismo laboral prolongado son factores asociados a psoriasis generalizada. Material y Métodos: Se llevó a cabo un estudio analítico prospectivo, de corte trasversal, observacional y descriptivo. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 62 pacientes adultos con diagnóstico clínico de psoriasis; atendidos por consultorio externo de dermatología del Hospital Victor Lazarte Echegaray durante los meses de febrero a junio del 2017. Se recolectaron los datos de las historias clínicas con el uso de una ficha elaborada por el autor. Resultados: Se encontró que la mala calidad de vida no es un factor asociado a psoriasis generalizada, con un resultado de 19.4% y una significancia estadística de (p>0.05) con RP: 1.04 (IC: 95% [0,34 - 3,12]) y que el ausentismo laboral prolongado si es un factor asociado a psoriasis generalizada, con un porcentaje de 86.7% con una significancia estadística de (p<0.01) con RP: 4.53 (IC: 95% [2,4 - 8,41]). Conclusiones: Los pacientes con psoriasis generalizada tienen 4.53 veces el riesgo de tener ausencia laboral prolongada, independientemente de tener o no mala calidad de vida, en comparación a los pacientes con psoriasis no generalizada.es_PE
dc.description.abstractIdentify if the bad quality of life or long work absenteeism are risk in generalized psoriasis. Material and methods: Was conduced a propective analytical, observational and descriptive investigation. The study population was conformed for 62 adults patients with the clinic diagnos of psoriasis attended in extern consultory of dermatology in Victor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital since february to june of 2017. The information was took from the clinic history with the file elaborated by the author Results: An PR: 1.04 (CI: 95% [0, 34 - 3, 12]) with statistical significance of (p> 0.05) was not found to the bad quality of life like a factor associated to generalized psoriasis, with 19.4% as a result. Work absenteeism long term is a factor associated to generalized psoriasis, with 86.7% as a result and with a statistical significance of (p <0.01) with PR: 4.53 (CI: 95% [2, 4 - 8, 41]). Conclusions: The patients with generalized psoriasis have 4.53 times risk to have long work absenteeism, independent to have bad quality of life or not compared with the patients without generalized psoriasis.en_US
