Mejoramiento de la prestación de Servicio del Centro de especialización en informática aplicada a la construcción de la zonal Sencico - Trujillo

Abstract

El documento presente, tiene como objetivo brindar la información sobre el plan de ejecución del proyecto “Mejoramiento de la prestación de servicio del centro de especialización en informática aplicada a la construcción de la zonal SENCICO - Trujillo”, cuyo objetivo principal fue implementar una infraestructura de telecomunicaciones y redes eléctricas en la nueva sede construida ubicada en la Av. Larco - Trujillo. Este proyecto presentó diversas fases de implementación, partiendo desde el diseño del TDR que tuvo muchas modificaciones mediante todas las evaluaciones que se realizaron para lograr tener una infraestructura de telecomunicaciones más viable y duradera con el largo de los años. En base a esta primera etapa se realizaron las medidas generales ante el cableado estructurado vertical y horizontal, el cableado eléctrico, la cantidad de equipos informáticos y el diseño de cada ambiente para brindar mayor visibilidad a los alumnos ante las pantallas interactivas. La segunda fase tuvo como prioridad el cumplimiento de todos los estándares estipulados según las normativas de cableado estructurado y solicitado por SENCICO para el desarrollo de los ambientes de aprendizaje con la mejor y más avanzada tecnología utilizada en la actualidad. En la tercera fase se realizó la implementación de toda la instalación de cableado de fibra óptica según la topología estrella y del cableado de cobre para todos los puntos de red, tanto para equipos tecnológicos como para seguridad perimetral y biométrica. Así mismo, se instalaron todos los equipos solicitados por la entidad como equipamiento de respaldo energético, switches, access point, computadoras, pizarras interactivas, proyectores y demás. En la última fase de implementación se realizaron las certificaciones según las normativas internacionales IEEE, además, se ejecutaron las pruebas de rendimiento y funcionamiento correctamente, asegurando la fiabilidad y estabilidad de todos los equipos y los sistemas de red y monitoreo instalados. Durante la ejecución del proyecto se enfrentaron diversos retos y desafíos, tales como condiciones climáticas adversas, accesibilidad limitada en ciertas áreas por la obra en plena construcción, se tuvo que realizar trabajo nocturno para cumplir con las metas estipuladas y el cumplimiento total con todas las EPPs necesarias para el ingreso a las zonas a trabajar. Sin embargo, mediante una planificación adecuada y la aplicación de soluciones estratégicas, se lograron los objetivos propuestos. Para finalizar, este documento informativo presenta el desarrollo a lo largo de mis años trabajando en este proyecto, así como un análisis detallado de la línea de tiempo de las actividades propuestas, la descripción de las principales tareas realizadas y el impacto del trabajo seleccionado, evidenciando la importancia del proyecto en base a la construcción desde cero de una nueva sede necesaria para los nuevos ingenieros en aprendizaje que acuden por enseñanza a las instalaciones de SENCICO por su tecnología a la vanguardia

The purpose of this document is to provide information on the execution plan of the project “Improvement of the service provision of the center of specialization in information technology applied to the construction of the SENCICO - Trujillo area”, whose main objective was to implement a telecommunications infrastructure and electrical networks in the new headquarters located at Larco Avenue - Trujillo. This project presented several phases of implementation, starting from the design of the TDR that had many modifications through all the evaluations that were carried out to achieve a more viable and durable telecommunications infrastructure over the years. Based on this first stage, general measures were taken for vertical and horizontal structured cabling, electrical cabling, the amount of computer equipment and the design of each environment to provide greater visibility for students in front of the interactive screens. The second phase had as a priority the compliance with all the standards stipulated according to the structured wiring regulations and requested by SENCICO for the development of the learning environments with the best and most advanced technology currently used. In the third phase, the entire fiber optic cabling installation was implemented according to the star topology and copper cabling for all network points, both for technological equipment and for perimeter and biometric security. Likewise, all the equipment requested by the entity was installed, such as power backup equipment, switches, access points, computers, interactive whiteboards, projectors and others. In the last phase of implementation, certifications were carried out according to IEEE international standards, and performance and operation tests were carried out correctly, ensuring the reliability and stability of all the equipment and the network and monitoring systems installed. During the execution of the project, various challenges were faced, such as adverse weather conditions, limited accessibility in certain areas due to the construction site, night work had to be performed to meet the stipulated goals, and total compliance with all the necessary PPEs for entering the areas to be worked on. However, through proper planning and the application of strategic solutions, the proposed objectives were achieved. Finally, this informative document presents the development throughout my years working on this project, as well as a detailed analysis of the timeline of the proposed activities, the description of the main tasks performed and the impact of the selected work, evidencing the importance of the project based on the construction from scratch of a new headquarters necessary for the new learning engineers who come for teaching to SENCICO's facilities because of its state-of-the-art technology.
