dc.description.abstract | Determinar los factores asociados a ansiedad en personal de salud
profesional de áreas COVID.
Material y Métodos: Se llevó a cabo un estudio de tipo descriptivo,
seccional. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 108 trabajadores
sanitarios según criterios de inclusión y exclusión distribuidos en 2 grupos:
con ansiedad patológica o sin ella; se calculó el odds ratio y prueba chi
cuadrado.
Resultados: No se apreciaron diferencias significativas para grupo etario,
genero, estado civil, hijo menor de 10 años y familia extendida entre el
personal con o sin ansiedad (p>0.05). La sobrecarga horaria no es factor
asociado a ansiedad en personal de salud de áreas COVID, con un odds
ratio de 1.34, el cual no es significativo (p>0.05). El IMC ≥25 no es factor
asociado a ansiedad en personal de salud de áreas COVID, con un odds
ratio de 1.32, el cual no es significativo (p>0.05). El grupo ocupacional no
es factor asociado a ansiedad en personal de salud de áreas COVID, con
un odds ratio de 1.16, el cual no es significativo (p>0.05). La insatisfacción
laboral no es factor asociado a ansiedad en personal de salud de áreas
COVID, con un odds ratio de 1.23, el cual no es significativo (p>0.05). La
falta de EPPS es factor asociado a ansiedad en personal de salud de áreas
COVID, con un odds ratio de 3.94, el cual fue significativo (p>0.05). El no
tener nombramiento es factor asociado a ansiedad en personal de salud de
áreas COVID, con un odds ratio de 3.34, el cual fue significativo (p>0.05).
El temor a fallecer es factor asociado a ansiedad en personal de salud de
áreas COVID, con un odds ratio de 7.61, el cual fue significativo (p>0.05).
El miedo al aislamiento social es factor asociado a ansiedad en personal
de salud de áreas COVID, con un odds ratio de 3.29, el cual fue significativo
(p>0.05).
Conclusiones: La falta de EPP, el no tener nombramiento, el temor a fallecer y el
miedo al aislamiento social son factores asociados a ansiedad en personal de
salud profesional de áreas COVID. | es_PE |
