Reconstrucción del centro juvenil de diagnóstico y rehabilitación Miguel Grau del distrito de veintiséis de octubre, provincia Piura, departamento de Piura

Abstract

Los centros Juveniles, son instituciones encargadas de la rehabilitación y reinserción de los jóvenes infractores. Pero éste trabajo institucional, se ve debilitado al encontrarse con deficiencias cómo la falta de infraestructura, falta de equipamiento, falta de personal y el abandono de parte de las autoridades. El centro Juvenil de Diagnóstico y Rehabilitación Miguel Grau – Piura, objeto de nuestro análisis, no es ajeno a toda ésta realidad. Ya que afronta un grave problema de infraestructura, hacinamiento y falta de equipamiento. Poniendo en riesgo a la población de jóvenes infractores, que se ven afectados en su integridad, tanto física como mental. y obstaculizando la labor y el buen desempeño de los educadores y trabajadores. Evitando que se logre el objetivo principal de este centro juvenil. En busca de una solución, se propone la reconstrucción del Centro Juvenil de Diagnóstico y Rehabilitación Miguel Grau. Desarrollando una propuesta, que, desde su arquitectura, con el uso de materiales, mobiliario y de nuestra historia (cultural y social), el centro pueda verse más humanitario y resocializador, provocando que el joven infractor tenga una experiencia, no de encierro, si no de inclusión social, provocando un ambiente agradable para los jóvenes cómo para los empleados.

The youth centers, are institutions in charge of the rehabilitation and reintegration of young offenders, but this institutional work is weakened by deficiencies, such as the need of infrastructure, need of equipment, need of personnel and the abandonment of the authorities. The Miguel Grau – Piura Youth Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Center, object of our análisis, isn’t alien to all this reality. Since it faces a serious problema of infrastructure, overcrowding and lack of equipment. Putting at risk the population of young offenders, who are affected in their integrity, both physically and mentally, hindering the work and good performance of educators and workers, avoiding the main objective of this youth center from being achieved. In search of a solution, the reconstruction of Miguel Grau Youth Center for Diagnosis and Rehabilitation is proposed. Developing a proposal that, from it’s architecture, the use of materials, furniture and our cultural and social history, the center can be seen humanitarian and resocializer, causing the young offender have an experience no of confinement, if not of social inclusión, creating a pleasant environment for young people as well as for employees.
