Estilos de Apego y actitudes hacia el amor en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el analizar la relación entre Estilos de Apego y Actitudes Hacia el Amor en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Trujillo. Para ello se tomó como diseño de investigación el modelo Descriptivo – Correlacional. Se aplicó a una muestra de 376 estudiantes. Para medir los estilos de apego se utilizó el Inventario de Estilos de Apego en Vínculos Románticos de Casullo, M. M. y Fernández Liporace, M. (2005) y LAS Short Form de Hendrick, C y Hendrick, S. S., y Dicke (1998). Los Resultados muestran, tras la correlación de Pearson, que las actitudes Pragma y Ludus tienen una correlación altamente significativa (p<.01) e inversa con los estilos Temeroso-Evitativo, Ansioso y Seguro. Sim embargo, las actitudes Manía, Ágape, Eros y Storge muestran una correlación altamente significativa (p<.01) y directa con los estilos Temeroso-Evitativo, Ansioso y Seguro. Por lo que se concluye que existe relación significativa entre los Estilos de Apego y las Actitudes Hacia el amor en estudiantes de una Universidad Privada de Trujillo.

The present research aimed to analyze the relationship between Attachment Styles and Attitudes Towards Love in students of a private university in Trujillo. For this, the Descriptive - Correlational model was taken as the research design. It was applied to a sample of 376 students. To measure attachment styles, the Inventory of Attachment Styles in Romantic Bonds by Casullo, M. M. and Fernández Liporace, M. (2005) and LAS Short Form by Hendrick, C and Hendrick, S. S., and Dicke (1998) were used. The Results show, after Pearson's correlation, that the Pragma and Ludus attitudes have a highly significant (p <.01) and inverse correlation with the FearfulAvoidant, Anxious and Safe styles. However, the Mania, Agape, Eros and Storge attitudes show a highly significant (p <.01) and direct correlation with the Fearful-Avoidant, Anxious and Safe styles. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between Attachment Styles and Attitudes Towards love in students of a Private University of Trujillo.
