Propuesta de plan de seguridad y salud en la construcción de una vivienda multifamiliar en la urbanización ingeniería II, Trujillo, la libertad

Abstract

El presente trabajo brinda criterios y herramientas para elaborar e implementar un plan de Seguridad y Salud en la Construcción de una Vivienda Multifamiliar ubicado en la Urbanización Ingenieria II, Trujillo, La Libertad. Para la elaboración de este Plan se tomó como referencia la normativa peruana vigente en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el sector construcción, la más importante y resaltante es la Ley 29783 “Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo”, la norma técnica G.050 “Seguridad durante la Construcción”, el Sistema Internacional de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud OHSAS 18001. La implementación de este sistema propuesto pretende cumplir los requisitos establecidos en las normas ya mencionadas y ser plasmado en el la Construcción de la Vivienda Multifamiliar en la Urbanización Ingenieria. Logrando así un impacto positivo y mejorar las buenas prácticas en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Bajo este contexto, la presente tesis pretende mostrar que los conceptos y prácticas en materia en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional pueden ser aplicados a diferentes tipos de proyectos. Asimismo, demostrar a todas las entidades grande o pequeñas, están en la capacidad de cumplir con la normativa y así proteger a su personal que labora.

This work provides criteria and tools to develop and implement a Health and Safety plan in the Construction of a Multifamily Housing located in the Ingenieria II Urbanization, Trujillo, La Libertad. For the preparation of this Plan, the current Peruvian regulations on safety and health at work for the construction sector were taken as a reference, the most important and outstanding is Law 29783 ““Law on Safety and Health at Work““, the norm Technical G.050 ““Safety during Construction““, the International Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001. The implementation of this proposed system is intended to meet the requirements established in the aforementioned standards and to be reflected in the Construction of Multifamily Housing in the Engineering Urbanization. Thus achieving a positive impact and improving good practices in occupational safety and health. Under this context, this thesis aims to show that the concepts and practices in matters of occupational health and safety can be applied to different types of projects. Likewise, demonstrate to all large or small entities, they are in the capacity to comply with the regulations and thus protect their working personnel.
