Evidencias de validez de la escala de percepción de violencia familiar (EVFA) en alumnos de primaria en instituciones educativas del Centro Poblado el Milagro

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de construir y determinar las propiedades psicométricas en la Escala de Percepción de Violencia Familiar (EVFA) en alumnos de primaria teniendo como fundamento teórico el enfoque psicosocial de Bandura y el Modelo de De Paúl y Arruabarrena. La muestra estuvo conformada por 614 alumnos de primaria en instituciones educativas del centro poblado El Milagro, cuyas edades oscilan entre 9 a 12 años. La validez de contenido se llevó a cabo mediante juicio de expertos logrando coeficientes de V de Aiken muy buenos. Asimismo, la validez de constructo ítem-escala e inter-escala presenta niveles de discriminación superiores a 0,20. La confiabilidad del instrumento alcanzó niveles satisfactorios. Finalmente, se establecieron baremos y puntos de corte. Se concluyó que la escala cuenta con las propiedades psicométricas adecuadas para poder ser utilizada en investigaciones futuras.

The present investigation was carried out with the objective of constructing and determining the psychometric properties in the Family Violence Perception Scale (EVFA) in elementary school students, having as a theoretical basis the psychosocial approach of Bandura and the Model of De Paúl and Arruabarrena. The sample consisted of 614 primary school students in educational institutions of the populated center El Milagro, whose ages range from 9 to 12 years. The validity of content was carried out through expert judgment, achieving very good Aiken V coefficients. Likewise, the validity of the item-scale and inter-scale construct presents discrimination levels greater than 0.20. The reliability of the instrument reached satisfactory levels. Finally, scales and cut points were established. It was concluded that the scale has adequate psychometric properties to be used in future research.
