Análisis del sistema de tecnificación en el cultivo y cosecha de café, para el control de calidad, competitividad y optimizar su comercialización en la zona sur de manabí

Abstract

La presente investigación denominada “ANÁLISIS DEL SISTEMA DE TECNIFICACIÓN EN EL CULTIVO Y COSECHA DE CAFÉ, PARA EL CONTROL DE CALIDAD, COMPETITIVIDAD Y OPTIMIZAR SU COMERCIALIZACIÓN EN LA ZONA SUR DE MANABI”, tuvo objetivo primordial Establecer el sistema de tecnificación aplicado en el cultivo y cosecha de café y su influencia en el control de calidad, competitividad y optimización en la comercialización en la zona sur de Manabí. Las diversas debilidades que se encuentran y se conocen sobre este tema son motivo primordial para haber ejecutado la investigación, misma que tiene sus fundamentos en el abandono de los campos por parte de los caficultores, el desinterés por cosechar el café y el interés del nuevo gobierno en reactivar las plantaciones cafetaleras. De igual manera en este documento se habla sobre la tecnificación para cosechar, la comercialización de productos y básicamente de los sistemas de control que se deben de utilizar a nivel general dentro de las asociaciones gremiales o cooperativas cafetaleras creadas para beneficiar al campesino. De acuerdo a la aplicación de encuesta se determina que los caficultores no aplican sistemas de tecnificación por que no cuentan con suficientes recursos económicos para instalar los sistemas.

Similarly in this document refers to the automation for harvesting, marketing products and basically control systems that must be used on a general level within trade associations or coffee cooperatives created to benefit the farmer. According to the survey application is determined that farmers do not apply mechanization systems that do not have sufficient economic resources to install the systems.
