Hotel turístico Ecolodge Explora 4 estrellas en la ciudad de Chachapoyas

Abstract

La Ciudad de Chachapoyas se ha convertido en un destino turístico muy importante y necesario para el turista nacional e internacional el proyecto busca mejorar el nivel de servicio e infraestructura debido que la ciudad no cuenta con un equipamiento hotelero que se acople a la necesidad del turista generando disconformidad en el viajero. En base a esta necesidad proponemos desarrollar un Proyecto de Hotel Turístico Ecolodge 4 estrellas en la ciudad de Chachapoyas para repotenciar el turismo receptivo y al mismo tiempo revalorar la riqueza natural y cultural mediante el apoyo e incentivo de la inversión privada el cual brinde servicios de calidad acorde a los requerimientos del flujo turístico de huéspedes nacionales y extranjeros. Nuestra propuesta busca la INTEGRACIÓN DE LA ARQUITECTURA CON EL CONTEXTO, lograr la unificación del HOMBRE con la NATURALEZA. Con la intensión de conseguir un equilibrio entre el PAISAJE natural pre existente con la construcción nueva hecha a manos del HOMBRE.

Our proposal seeks the INTEGRATION OF ARCHITECTURE WITH THE CONTEXT, to achieve the unification of MAN with NATURE. With the intention of achieving a balance between the pre-existing natural LANDSCAPE with the new construction made by MAN.
