Organización del almacén para el control de materiales en la empresa A&N Company S.A.C – Trujillo

Abstract

En la presente investigación para poder identificar el problema que ha venido generando dificultades en la empresa se utilizó la herramienta de Ishikawa (causa – efecto) y se obtuvo como problema fundamental la falta de organización en el almacén. Tiene como objetivo Organizar el almacén para controlar los materiales en la empresa A&N Company S.A.C; y para ello se aplicó varias metodologías, como la metodología de análisis ABC, manual de organización de almacenes y funciones, distribución interna de materiales, un sistema de codificación y la elaboración de un Kardex, de tal manera se establezca un óptimo control de los materiales. La investigación tuvo como población toda la empresa tomando, así como muestra el almacén. Como resultado para el control de materiales se realizó, el ROF, MOF, MP con el fin de caracterizar la organización, políticas y lineamientos que forman el funcionamiento del área del almacén, así también como cada uno de los cargos a cumplir con los objetivos establecidos con respecto al ingreso, control y abastecimiento de los materiales, como también se clasificó los materiales del almacén mediante la metodología de inventarios ABC de tal manera se establezca una óptima clasificación de productos, también se realizó una distribución no solamente del almacén sino de toda planta con el fin de tener una mejor visualización y control de los productos. Además, se desarrolló un sistema de codificación de los materiales, códigos únicos para su identificación con ello diferencias del resto y también poder ubicarlo rápidamente, y finalmente el Kardex para el control de materiales. En conclusión, el almacén es muy importante que este organizado y controlado con el fin de evitar paradas innecesarias en la producción, perdidas monetarias, sobre stock, doble compra y esto afecta los resultados de la empresa, recomendándose organizar el almacén conjuntamente con procedimientos internos, manuales sobre el manejo adecuado de materiales, capacitaciones a los colaboradores que están a cargo de llevar las acciones necesarias para el control de los productos y que esto funcione correctamente

In this research, in order to identify the problem that has been causing difficulties in the company, the Ishikawa tool (cause - effect) was used. Consequently, it was shown that the lack of organization in the warehouse was the fundamental problem. The aim of this project is to organize the warehouse in order to control the materials at A&N Company S.A.C. by applying several methodologies such as the ABC analysis methodology, organization and functions manual (for the warehouses), internal distribution of materials, a coding system and kardex control. Thus, an optimal control of the materials is established. The entire company was considered as the target statistical population whereas the warehoue was the sample. As a result for the control of materials, the ROF, MOF, MP were carried out in order to characterize the organization, policies and guidelines that form the operation of the warehouse area, as well as each of the positions to meet the established objectives Regarding the entry, control and supply of materials, as well as the warehouse materials were classified using the ABC inventory methodology in such a way that an optimal classification of products was established, a distribution was also made not only of the warehouse but of the entire plant in order to have a better visualization and control of the products. In addition, a coding system was developed for the materials, unique codes to identify differences from the rest and also to be able to locate it quickly, and finally the Kardex for the control of materials. In conclusion, it is very important that the warehouse be organized and controlled in order to avoid unnecessary plant stoppages, monetary losses, overstock, and logistic errors that may have a negative effect on the company. So, it is highly recommended to organize the warehouse and at the same time, the internal procedures, handlig materials manuals, and training of employees who are in charge of taking the necessary actions to control the products and work correctly.
