Conocimientos y práctica de reanimación cardiopulmonar en alumnos de la Segunda Especialidad de Emergencias y Desastres. Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, 2018

Abstract

El presente informe de investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y práctica sobre Reanimación Cardiopulmonar en alumnos de la Segunda Especialidad de Emergencias y Desastres de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego en el año 2018. Es una investigación de tipo básico o teórico de nivel descriptivo, diseño de corte no experimental, transversal correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 33 alumnos del II Semestre del año 2018, la muestra fue no probabilística debido a que se estudió toda la población. Para recolectar los datos se aplicó la técnica encuesta con sus respectivos instrumentos mediante un cuestionario y una guía de práctica, previa validación de juicios de expertos, con una fiabilidad según el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach de α = 0.849 (α > 0.70) donde se califica como significativa. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el nivel de conocimiento se relaciona de manera positiva y significativa con la práctica, lo cual queda demostrado a través de la prueba estadística de Sperman, es Rho = 0.840 (existiendo una alta relación positiva) con nivel de significancia menor al 1% (p < 0.01).

The general objective of this research report is to determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and practice about CPR in students of the Second Specialty of Emergencies and Disasters of the Antenor Orrego Private University in 2018. basic or theoretical descriptive level, non-experimental, crosscorrelational design. The study population consisted of 33 nursing students from the Second Specialty of Emergencies and Disasters from the Antenor Orrego Private University in the city of Trujillo. Said study population from the II Semester of 2018, the sample was non-probabilistic because the entire population was studied. To collect the data, the survey technique was applied with its respective instruments through a questionnaire and a practice guide, after validating the judgments of experts, who with their suggestions provided greater quality and specificity to the instruments, with a reliability result according to the coefficient Cronbach's Alpha of α = 0.849 (α> 0.70), where it can be said that the reliability test of the first instrument is qualified as adequate, the degree of internal consistency is significant. The results obtained indicate that the level of knowledge is positively and significantly related to the practice of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in the students of the Second Specialty of Emergencies and Disasters, which is demonstrated through the Sperman statistical test, it is Rho = 0.840 (with a high positive relationship) with a significance level of less than 1% (p <0.01).
