Centro de atención residencial gerontológico – productivo en la provincia de Jauja – Junín

Abstract

El objetivo principal de la presente tesis, es diseñar un Centro de Atención Residencial Gerontológico – Productivo, como equipamiento integrador del adulto mayor en estado de abandono, con su comunidad y entorno, brindando un servicio integral activo en la provincia de Jauja, como respuesta a la problemática encontrada en el análisis demográfico realizado a la población adulta mayor, a través de encuestas, censos, entrevistas y estudio de los diferentes documentos y planos proporcionados por las entidades públicas, de lo cual se derivó que hay un déficit en la oferta, de este tipo de centros especializados en la atención residencial gerontológica, y una elevada demanda poblacional adulta mayor en situación de abandono y/o desamparo, con grandes potencialidades socio-económicas desperdiciadas, tanto al nivel territorial, con la ubicación estratégica y accesible de Jauja, y sus recursos agropecuarios, naturales y turísticos, como al nivel poblacional, con la transmisión de saberes productivos e intergeneracionales. Concluyendo en que se debe dar respuesta, a través de la creación de un Centro de Atención Residencial Gerontológico - Productivo y el diseño de espacios que no solo se limiten a satisfacer las necesidades básicas de alojamiento y alimentación, sino que también puedan satisfacer aquellas necesidades psicológicas de pertenencia y utilidad, donde el adulto mayor se interrelacione con su comunidad y realice actividades productivas que logren su sustentabilidad, además de plantear una propuesta arquitectónica que maximice la utilización de los recursos tanto naturales, como territoriales que ayuden a la sustentabilidad del proyecto.

The main objective of this thesis is to design a Gerontological - Productive Residential Care Center, as an integrating equipment for the elderly in a state of abandonment, with their community and surroundings, providing an active integral service in the province of Jauja, in response to the problems found in the demographic analysis carried out on the elderly population, through surveys, censuses, interviews and study of the different documents and plans provided by public entities, from which it was detected that there is an supply deficit of this type of centers specialized in gerontological residential care, and a high demand for the elderly population in a situation of abandonment and / or neglect, with a great quantity of socio-economic potential wasted at both levels, the territorial level, with the strategic and accessible location of Jauja, and its agricultural, bioclimatic and tourism resources, as at the population level, with the transmission of productive and intergenerational knowledge. In conclusion, a response must be given, through the creation of a Gerontological - Productive Residential Care Center and the design of spaces that are not only limited to meet the basic needs of accommodation and food, but can also meet the psychological needs of belonging and usefulness, where the elderly interrelate with their community and carry out productive activities that achieve their sustainability, in addition to proposing an architectural proposal that maximizes the use of both natural and territorial resources, in order to help the sustainability of the project.
