Abstract

El trabajo de investigación titulado LA GESTIÓN POR OBJETIVOS Y LA RENTABILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE ESPERANZA EXPRESS S.A., HUANCHACO. AÑO 2020., se realizó en la sede administrativa de la Empresa, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la incidencia de la Gestión por Objetivos y la rentabilidad. Para lo cual se aplicó la técnica de análisis documental, la muestra estuvo formada por el estado de situación financiera y estado de resultado. Se utilizó el diseño pre-experimental que permitió dar respuesta al problema de investigación; también se reconoció que la causa para elevar la rentabilidad en una empresa es una implementación de una gestión por objetivos. La presente investigación se realizó en etapas progresivas, como fue la recepción y el análisis documental por parte de la empresa, la recopilación de material bibliográfico, posteriormente se implementó mejoras para las áreas específicas de la empresa y se realizó proyecciones tanto a corto como a largo plazo según las expectativas del gerente para luego aplicar la gestión por objetivos en el año 2020, tomar decisiones ayudará a que la rentabilidad de la empresa sea óptima para el beneficio de toda la organización. Como resultado de la investigación se confirmó la hipótesis propuesta, que la aplicación de la gestión por objetivos incide de manera positiva en la mejora de la rentabilidad de la empresa de transportes Esperanza Express S.A., Huanchaco, 2020

The research work entitled MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES AND PROFITABILITY OF THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY ESPERANZA EXPRESS S.A., HUANCHACO. YEAR 2020., was held at the administrative headquarters of the Company, its general objective was to determine the incidence of Management by Objectives and Profitability. For which the documentary analysis technique was applied, the sample consisted of the income statement and financial position statement. The explanatory design was used to answer the research problem; It was also recognized that the cause to raise profitability in a company is an implementation of a management by objectives. The present investigation was carried out in progressive stages, such as the reception and documentary analysis by the company, the compilation of bibliographic material, later improvements were implemented for the specific areas of the company and both short and long-term projections were made. deadline according to the manager's expectations and then apply management by objectives in the year 2020. decisions will help the profitability of the company to be optimal for the benefit of the entire organization. As a result of the investigation, the proposed hypothesis is confirmed, that the application of management by objectives has a positive impact on the improvement of the profitability of the transport company Esperanza Express S.A., Huanchaco, 2020
