La felicidad y su contribución al endmanage en los colaboradores de la Municipalidad de Piura año 2020

Abstract

El objetivo principal de la investigación ha sido determinar de qué manera la felicidad contribuye al endmanage en los colaboradores de la municipalidad de Piura año 2020. Partimos de una realidad problemática que nos llevó a la siguiente pregunta ¿De qué manera la felicidad contribuye al endmanage en los colaboradores de la municipalidad de Piura año 2020?, Para la cual planteamos como hipótesis que la felicidad contribuye de manera significativa al endmanage en los colaboradores de la municipalidad de Piura año 2020, el presente estudio se realizó con una muestra de 371 trabajadores de la Municipalidad del departamento de Piura, el instrumento que se aplicó fue una encuesta compuesta por 48 ítems, para el presente estudio se desarrolló como objetivos, determinar el nivel de felicidad de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad de Piura año 2020, identificar el nivel de endmanage en los colaboradores de la Municipalidad de Piura año 2020 y conocer la relación entre la felicidad y endmanage; llegando a la conclusión de que la felicidad contribuye de manera significativa al endmanage en los colaboradores de la municipalidad de Piura año 2020, de acuerdo con, la prueba Chi-cuadrado, la cual obtuvo un valor de 239,645 mayor al valor tabulado y una significancia de 0.000 <0.05.

The main objective of the research has been to determine how happiness contributes to endmanage in employees of the municipality of Piura year 2020. We start from a problematic reality that led us to the following question: How does happiness contribute to endmanage in employees of the municipality of Piura year 2020 ?, for which we hypothesize that happiness contributes significantly to the endmanage in employees of the municipality of Piura year 2020, the present study was conducted with a sample of 371 workers from the Municipality of the department of Piura, the instrument that was applied was a survey composed of 48 items, for the present study the objectives were to determine the level of happiness of the employees of the Municipality of Piura in 2020, identify the level of endmanage in the collaborators of the Municipality of Piura year 2020 and know the relationship between happiness and endmanage; reaching the conclusion that happiness contributes significantly to the endmanage in employees of the municipality of Piura in 2020, according to the Chi-square test, which obtained a value of 239,645 higher than the tabulated value and asignificance of 0.000 <0.05.
