Hotel ECO Resort en el distrito de Corrales - Tumbes

Abstract

La tesis para optar por el título profesional de arquitecto denominado:” HOTEL ECO RESORT EN EL DISTRITO DE CORRALES – TUMBES” se justifica ante la necesidad de desarrollar el turismo dando a conocer sitios con alto potencial; geográfico, natural y gastronómica. Tumbes está siendo considerado a formar parte del circuito turístico de playas del norte que se conectan con el departamento de Piura. El propósito del presente, es formar un eje sólido y competitivo que apunte por incrementar el número promedio de visitantes con respecto a estadías y el incremento del consumo de servicios. Por lo cual es necesario desarrollar proyectos de arquitectura que impulsen y refuercen la consolidación del circuito turístico de playas del norte. En el proceso del diseño arquitectónico se busca analizar integralmente factores influyentes de la zona, tales como su medio geográfico y cultural, permitiendo dar como resultado un producto eco amigable. Es una alternativa de solución a la problemática “ausencia de infraestructura turística hotelera en el departamento de tumbes” citado como el punto de inicio para proponer proyectos arquitectónicos con ambientes de calidad acorde a una norma vigente que priorice en mejorar el servicio hotelero turístico y permitiendo fomentar el desarrollo de actividades de ocio recreacional, estancia vacacional y el turismo para visitantes nacionales y extranjeros. El contenido del presente está constituido por una secuencia de capítulos que irán describiendo y analizando los aspectos y conceptos del tema de investigación, concluyendo en el diseño del proyecto.

Tumbes is being considered as part of the tourist circuit of northern beaches that connect with the department of Piura. The purpose of this document is to create a solid and competitive axis that aims to increase the average number of visitors with respect to stays and increase the consumption of services. For this reason, it is necessary to develop architectural projects that promote and reinforce the consolidation of the tourist circuit of the northern beaches. The architectural design process seeks to analyze in depth the factors that influence the area, such as its geographical and cultural environment, allowing to result in an ecological product. It is an alternative solution to the problem of ““absence of tourist hotel infrastructure in the department of tombs““ cited as a starting point to propose architectural projects with quality environments in accordance with a current standard that prioritizes the improvement of the tourist hotel service and that allows promote the development of recreational leisure activities, vacation stays and tourism for national and foreign visitors. The content of this present consists of a sequence of chapters that will describe and analyze the aspects and concepts of the research topic, concluding in the design of the project.
