Abstract

El presente documento correspondiente a Tesis para optar por el título profesional de Arquitecto, es producto de una extensa y profunda investigación orientada a la tipología de residencias geriátricas, resultado de ello nuestro proyecto denominado: “Centro Integral Para El Adulto Mayor En El Distrito De Simbal, Provincia De Trujillo, Departamento De La Libertad”, promovido y sostenido económicamente por la inversión privada, empresa con experiencia en proyectos de esta tipología, con estándares internacionales de lujo, posicionándose como la alternativa más viable y atractiva en el mercado, la ubicación es estratégica por su clima, visuales, atracciones turísticas y cercanía a la ciudad de Trujillo, considerando esto relevante por el nivel de atención en salud al que se puede acceder en la ciudad, así también encontramos sitios turísticos cercanos en los que se plantean el trekking como actividad fuera del equipamiento. En el planteamiento Arquitectónico del proyecto se considera fundamental el desarrollo y aplicación del orden geométrico a partir de un numero matemático irracional conocido como la proporción aurea en el emplazamiento de bloques, forma, áreas y organización de los recorridos interiores, todo en beneficio del usuario y la condición estética del equipamiento, El correcto funcionamiento beneficiara en gran manera la actual calidad de vida y bienestar del usuario, de esta manera beneficiamos también al entorno mediato e inmediato, transformando el equipamiento en un entorno eco paisajista, por la relación que conservamos con el paisaje y los recursos naturales. La investigación se inicia con el desarrollo de una programación arquitectónica en base a una evaluación de mercado, en la que se considera la naturaleza del proyecto, tipología funcional y rentabilidad del proyecto, que por ser inversionista privado requiere de una metodología específica para la recolección y procesamiento de la información obtenida. En la siguiente etapa de la investigación desarrollamos el diseño para el proyecto arquitectónico, considerando toda la información anterior como pilar para el desarrollo de la conceptualización, idea rectora y diseño final del proyecto en todas sus especialidades

The present document corresponding to Thesis to choose the professional title of Architect, is the product of an extensive and deep research oriented to the typology of geriatric residences, result of this our project called: “Comprehensive Center for the Elderly in the District of Simbal, Province of Trujillo, Department of Liberty”, promoted and economically sustained by private investment, company with experience in projects of this typology, with international standards of luxury, positioning itself as the most viable and attractive alternative in the market, the location is strategic because of its climate, visuals, tourist attractions and proximity to the Trujillo city, considering this relevant because of the level of health care that can be accessed in the city, we also find nearby tourist sites in which trekking is considered as activity outside the equipment. In the architectural approach of the project is considered fundamental the development and application of the geometric order from an irrational mathematical number known as the aurea proportion in the placement of blocks, form, areas and organization of the interior routes, all for the benefit of the user and the esthetic condition of the equipment, The correct operation will greatly benefit the current quality of life and well-being of the user, in this way we also benefit the environment mediato and immediate, transforming the equipment into an eco-landscape environment, because of the relationship we maintain with the landscape and natural resources. The research begins with the development of architectural programming based on a market assessment, in which the nature of the project, functional typology and project profitability are considered, as a private investor, it requires a specific methodology for the collection and processing of the information obtained. In the next stage of the research we developed the design for the architectural project, considering all the above information as a pillar for the development of the conceptualization, guiding idea and final design of the project in all its specialties
