Centro de integración cultural y espacio público basado en la arquitectura bioclimática en la ciudad de Piura – provincia de Piura – Piura 2020

Abstract

Un Centro de Integración Cultural es un espacio que permite participar de actividades culturales teniendo como objetivo principal promover la cultura, la identidad y las costumbres entre los habitantes de una comunidad. Suele considerarse centros que difunden la cultura, a los espacios que se encuentran abiertos a la comunidad para el desarrollo de las expresiones artísticas y el intercambio de valores e identidades culturales. Esta Investigación tiene como objetivo proyectar un Centro de Integración Cultural como respuesta a las necesidades de la Ciudad de Piura, el cual posee un gran potencial cultural, gracias a sus diferentes manifestaciones artísticas, sociales y sobre todo festivas, que en virtud a ello son muy conocidas a nivel nacional. Cabe recalcar que la Ciudad de Piura, se ve relacionada con un sinfín de problemas, siendo el principal, no contar con una infraestructura cultural adecuada para el desarrollo de estas actividades. Debido a estas razones, es primordial la inserción de un Centro de Integración Cultural en la Ciudad de Piura, que contrarreste esta problemática y al mismo tiempo responda a la demanda actual de la actividad cultural e identidad de la Ciudad de Piura. La intervención arquitectónica se proyecta en uno de los sitios sociales más predominantes de la ciudad de Piura, presentando una visión social y educativa que permita la activación del centro y potenciar su valor. En ese sentido, aprovechando las condiciones de necesidad y ubicación, se plantea el Proyecto: “CENTRO DE INTEGRACIÓN CULTURAL Y ESPACIO PÚBLICO BASADO EN LA ARQUITECTURA BIOCLIMÁTICA EN LA CIUDAD DE PIURA – PROVINCIA DE PIURA – PIURA 2020.”, con la finalidad de suturar el tejido urbano, generando un núcleo donde se encuentren actividades culturales, sociales y educativas compatibles para su realización.

Due to these reasons, the insertion of a Cultural Integration Center in the City of Piura is essential, which counteracts this problem and at the same time responds to the current demand for the cultural activity and identity of the City of Piura. The architectural intervention is projected in one of the most predominant social sites in the city of Piura, presenting a social and educational vision that allows the activation of the center and enhances its value. In that sense, taking advantage of the conditions of need and location, the Project is proposed: “CENTER OF CULTURAL INTEGRATION AND PUBLIC SPACE BASED ON BIOCLIMATIC ARCHITECTURE IN THE CITY OF PIURA - PROVINCE OF PIURA - PIURA 2020.“, in order to suture the urban fabric, generating a nucleus where compatible cultural, social and educational activities can be found for their realization.
