Propuesta arquitectónica de un macro mercado municipal en el distrito de Bellavista, Provincia de Sullana

Abstract

Durante los últimos 20 años la carencia de una planificación urbana que prevea el crecimiento poblacional y la actividad económica en Sullana (la cual ha tenido un gran crecimiento) ha dado pie a una serie de problemas, deficiencias y falta oportunidades que afectan directamente a la población. Uno de las principales actividades económicas que se han visto afectadas es el comercio de compra, contrata y venta al por mayor y menor de mercancía, ya que problemas como: el comercio ambulatorio, contaminación y falta de lugares apropiados para la venta de productos, etc. hacen necesario proponer proyectos que ayuden a resolver la problemática existente. El presente trabajo consiste en el desarrollo del estudio de una propuesta arquitectónica a nivel de proyecto, orientado al tratamiento de esta actividad, siendo un aporte integral que coadyuve a mejorar el funcionamiento del mercado para el desarrollo de la comunidad. Finalmente se tendrá encuentra la información recopilada para el criterio de dimensionamiento de las áreas que conforman el mercado y la creación de la respuesta a nivel de proyecto del Mercado Municipal de Sullana. Teniendo en cuenta que el 03 de abril del año 2019 se aprobó por Ley Nº 30743 el terreno que se adjudicó a la Municipalidad de Sullana para la construcción de un Mercado Provincial (Anexo 1)

During the last 20 years, the attention of urban planning that prevents population growth and economic activity in Sullana (which has had great growth) has given a series of problems, deficiencies and lack of opportunities that are directly affected by the population. One of the main economic activities that have been affected is the purchase, contracting and wholesale and retail trade of limitations, since they are problems such as: ambulatory trade, pollution and the lack of specific places for the sale of products, etc. that make it necessary to propose solutions, projects that help solve the existing problem. The present work consists in the development of the study of an architectural proposal at project level, oriented to the treatment of this activity, being an integral contribution that helps to improve the functioning of the market for the development of the community. Finally, we will have the information collected for the sizing criteria of the areas that make up the market and the creation of the response at the level of the Sullana Municipal Market project. Taking into account April 3 of the year 2019, the land that was awarded to the Municipality of Sullana for the construction of a Provincial Market was approved by Law Nᵒ 30743. (Annex 1)
