Aplicación de la herramienta carta balance para el mejoramiento de la productividad en la ejecución de un modulo de la obra rehabilitación del servicio educativo de la I.E. N°81032 de la localidad de Guadalupe, Provincia de Pacasmayo, La Libertad

Abstract

El informe final de Tesis tiene como título “APLICACIÓN DE LA HERRAMIENTA CARTA BALANCE PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD EN LA EJECUCIÓN DE UN MODULO DE LA OBRA REHABILITACIÓN DEL SERVICIO EDUCATIVO DE LA I.E. N°81032 DE LA LOCALIDAD DE GUADALUPE, PROVINCIA DE PACASMAYO, LA LIBERTAD”, en el cual nuestro objetivo es eliminar tiempos muertos y generar una mayor productividad en ciertas partidas dentro de la construcción. Por lo cual, utilizamos la herramienta Carta Balance para inicialmente identificar las distintas actividades en los diferentes tipos de trabajos (TP, TC y TNC). Este análisis se realiza en un intervalo de tiempo de 60 minutos, analizando a cada obrero perteneciente a la cuadrilla minuto a minuto. La presente tesis es una investigación cuantitativa, ya que es fundamentada con mediciones, cálculos y cantidades exactas que son recogidas y analizadas en campo. La población en estudio es la obra que se denomina: “Rehabilitación del Servicio Educativo de la I.E. N°81032 de la localidad de Guadalupe, distrito de Guadalupe-Pacasmayo-La Libertad” y las muestras analizadas son las partidas: Colocación de Acero en Zapatas de Cimentación, Vaciado de Concreto en Zapatas de Cimentación, Colocación de Acero en Losa Aligerada y Vaciado de Concreto en Losa Aligerada.

The title of the final thesis report is “APPLICATION OF THE BALANCE SHEET TOOL FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY IN THE EXECUTION OF A MODULE OF THE REHABILITATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE OF THE I.E. N ° 81032 OF THE LOCALITY OF GUADALUPE, PROVINCE OF PACASMAYO, LA LIBERTAD”, in which our objective is to eliminate downtime and generate greater productivity in certain items within construction. Therefore, we use the Carta Balance tool to initially identify the different activities in the different types of work (TP, TC and TNC). This analysis is carried out in a time interval of 60 minutes, analyzing each worker belonging to the crew minute by minute. This thesis is a quantitative investigation, since it is based on measurements, calculations and exact quantities that are collected and analyzed in the field. The population under study is the work called: ““Rehabilitation of the Educational Service of the I.E. N ° 81032 of the town of Guadalupe, district of Guadalupe-Pacasmayo-La Libertad ”and the analyzed samples are the items: Placing Steel in Foundation Footing, Pouring of Concrete in Foundation Footing, Placing Steel in Lightened Slab and Casting of Concrete in Lightened Slab.
