Estudio técnico económico para determinar la rentabilidad de una empresa productora de néctares a base de arándano, manzana y carambola en la región La Libertad

Abstract

En la presenta investigación se realizará el estudio comercial, técnico y económico financiero de una empresa productora y comercializadora de néctares a base de arándano, carambola y manzana dirigido a diferentes mercados en la región La Libertad. En el desarrollo de la investigación se realizará la segmentación de mercado para poder determinar el mercado objetivo del producto. Con esta información será viable la realización del análisis de la demanda para proyectar los litros producidos anualmente. Además, se estudiarán las características del producto, presentación, plaza, promoción y precio de venta del producto. Posteriormente se realizará el estudio técnico, en el cual se definirá la ubicación, tamaño de planta, materias primas, requerimientos del proceso, distribución de planta y el proceso productivo para el presente proyecto. Como última etapa del estudio técnico se diseñará el plano de distribución de planta, ajustada al tamaño del terreno y los requerimientos en la norma técnica peruana. Como última etapa de la investigación se determinará el capital inicial para poner en funcionamiento el presente proyecto, además se determinará el presupuesto de gastos e ingresos para poder presentar los estados de retorno y salidas económicas financieras. Finalmente se determinará la viabilidad del proyecto evaluando la rentabilidad del mismo.

In the present investigation, the commercial, technical and economic-financial study of a company that produces and markets nectars based on blueberries, carambola and apples will be carried out, aimed at different markets in the La Libertad region. In the development of the research, market segmentation will be carried out in order to determine the target market of the product. With this information, it will be possible to carry out a demand analysis to project the liters produced annually. In addition, the characteristics of the product, presentation, place, promotion and sale price of the product will be studied. Subsequently, the technical study will be carried out, in which the location, plant size, raw materials, process requirements, plant distribution and the production process for this project will be defined. As the last stage of the technical study, the floor plan will be designed, adjusted to the size of the land and the requirements in the Peruvian technical standard. As the last stage of the investigation, the initial capital to put this project into operation will be determined, as well as the budget for expenses and income to be able to present the statements of return and financial economic outputs. Finally, the viability of the project will be determined by evaluating its profitability.
