Autoestima y dependencia emocional en las relaciones de parejas en jóvenes universitarios, Piura – 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio consistió en determinar la relación que existe entre la Autoestima y Dependencia emocional en las relaciones de parejas en jóvenes universitarios, Piura – 2020, la cual estaba conformada por un total de 120 estudiantes los cuales se encuentran en 8vo y 9no ciclo de la Facultad de Medicina Humana. Los instrumentos que se aplicaron durante el proceso de recolección de datos son el Test de Autoestima de Coopersmith y el Inventario de dependencia emocional. Finalmente, la investigación tuvo como resultado que no hay relación entre las variables de Autoestima, (área personal, social y familiar) y dependencia emocional (Satisfacción personal, ecuanimidad, sentirse bien solo, Confianza en sí mismo y Perseverancia) por lo tanto se aprueba la hipótesis nula la cual hace referencia a que no existe relación y se rechaza la hipótesis general.

The present study consisted of determining the relationship between Self-Esteem and Emotional Dependence in the relationships of couples in young university students, Piura – 2020, which was made up of a total of 120 students who are in the 8th and 9th cycle of the Faculty of Human Medicine. The instruments that were applied during the data collection process are the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Test and the Emotional Dependence Inventory. Finally, the research resulted in that there is no relationship between the variables of Self-esteem, (personal, social and family area) and emotional dependence (Personal satisfaction, equanimity, feeling good alone, Self-confidence and Perseverance) therefore the null hypothesis is approved which refers to the fact that there is no relationship and the general hypothesis is rejected.
