Aplicación de Last Planner System para mejorar la productividad en la construcción de una vivienda unifamiliar en Los Portales octava etapa Mz. G Lt. 18, distrito de Salaverry - La Libertad

Abstract

El presente informe final de tesis tiene la finalidad de aplicar Last Planner System para lograr determinar la productividad en la construcción de una vivienda en Los Portales, distrito de Salaverry. Inicialmente la investigación consta en la aplicación de Last Planner System como un método para planificar, ejecutar y controlar el proyecto de construcción de la vivienda en Los Portales del distrito de Salaverry con el objetivo de aumentar la productividad. Durante la ejecución de la investigación se describirán conceptos y herramientas que se utilizará para la aplicación de la filosofía Last Planner System. Desarrollaremos el plan maestro, el plan intermedio, el plan semanal, los porcentajes de cumplimiento, las causas del incumplimiento y el índice de productividad con el objetivo de difundir dicha metodología de todas las herramientas y así sirva la presente investigación como guía para otros tesistas que tengan la intención de realizar sus proyectos aplicando la filosofía. Finalmente analizaremos todos los datos que recolectamos en las visitas de campo y gabinete durante la ejecución de la construcción en estudio y así poder interpretar resultados, describir las conclusiones y recomendaciones para los tesistas que quieren aplicar dicha filosofía en sus proyectos.

The purpose of this final thesis report is to apply Last Planner System to determine productivity in the construction of a house in Los Portales, Salaverry district. Initially, the research consists of the application of Last Planner System as a method to plan, execute and control the housing construction project in Los Portales of the Salaverry district with the aim of increasing productivity. During the execution of the investigation, concepts and tools that will be used for the application of the Last Planner System philosophy will be described. We will develop the master plan, the intermediate plan, the weekly plan, the compliance percentages, the causes of non-compliance and the productivity index in order to disseminate this methodology of all the tools and thus serve this research as a guide for other thesis that intend to carry out their projects by applying the philosophy. Finally, we will analyze all the data that we collect in the field and office visits during the execution of the construction under study and thus be able to interpret results, describe the conclusions and recommendations for the thesis students who want to apply this philosophy in their projects.
