Nueva infraestructura para la corte superior de justicia del distrito judicial de Lima Norte en el distrito de Independencia, departamento de Lima

Abstract

La presente tesis surgió a raíz de un análisis de la infraestructura de la Corte Superior de Justicia Lima Norte, cuya edificación actual cuenta con dos niveles y una antigüedad de más de 20 años. Además, el crecimiento de la demanda del servicio judicial y la carencia de ambientes para el desarrollo de los órganos jurisdiccionales, afecta de gran manera a este sector de la población. Durante el periodo 2019-2020, el trabajo fue la recopilación de información de tipo cuantitativo y cualitativo, datos estadísticos, entrevistas, visitas al predio, y de la misma manera documentación y normativa que rige a este tipo de equipamiento. Resultado de esta investigación se plantea y desarrolla el proyecto arquitectónico de la Nueva Infraestructura para la Corte Superior de Justicia en Lima Norte, en el distrito de Independencia departamento de Lima, para lograr de esta forma un avance en el desarrollo y la mejora en la descentralización del Poder Judicial. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se ha tomado como base antecedentes históricos y actuales, tanto nacionales como internacionales, los cuales se han analizado y procesado para implementarlos en el proyecto.

This thesis arose as a result of an analysis of the infrastructure of the Lima Norte Main Court of Justice, whose current construction has two levels and is more than 20 years old. In addition, the growth in demand for the judicial service and the lack of environments for the development of jurisdictional sectors, greatly affects this sector of the population. During the 2019-2020 period, the work was the compilation of quantitative and qualitative information, statistical data, interviews, visits to the property, and in the same way documentation and regulations that govern this type of equipment. As a result of this research, the architectural project of the New Infrastructure for the Main Court of Justice in Lima Norte, in the district of Independencia, department of Lima, is proposed and developed, in order to achieve progress in development and improvement in decentralization of the Judicial Power. For the development of this project, historical and current antecedents, both national and international, have been taken as a basis, which have been analyzed and processed to implement them in the project
