Ecolodge y Centro de Interpretación e Investigación, en el Santuario Regional los Manglares De San Pedro De Vice, Sechura, Piura

Abstract

El Ecolodge y Centro de Interpretación e Investigación, ubicado en los Manglares de San Pedro de Vice, Sechura, Piura, se formula como un equipamiento de hospedaje, cultural y recreativo de carácter público-privado, se ubica en uno de los contextos naturales de gran importancia para la comunidad y para el ecosistema. El hotel, junto con el Centro de Interpretación se complementan satisfacer las necesidades hoteleras, así como las nuevas necesidades del turista que viaja buscando realizar un turismo ecológico. El proyecto, busca poner en valor de los recursos cercanos, como los Manglares de San Pedro de Vice, los cuales se encuentran en peligro. Por ello también proponemos actividades para su conservación, así como visitas guiadas y controladas para los turistas y los pobladores locales promoviendo así su cuidado e importancia. El diseño se realiza de manera sostenible, buscando generar un mínimo impacto en el entorno y resaltando la conservación y protección del medio ambiente. Además, se emplean distintas ecotecnias como: la utilización de paneles solares, el manejo de residuos, una planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales, y programas que beneficien el desarrollo de la localidad.

The Ecolodge and Interpretation and Research Center, located in the Mangroves of San Pedro de Vice, Sechura, Piura, is formulated as a public-private lodging, cultural and recreational facility, located in one of the natural contexts of great importance for the community and for the ecosystem. The hotel, together with the Interpretation Center, complement each other to satisfy the hotel needs, as well as the new needs of tourists who travel in search of ecological tourism. The project seeks to enhance the value of nearby resources, such as the Mangroves of San Pedro de Vice, which are in danger. For this reason, we also propose activities for their conservation, as well as guided and controlled visits for tourists and local people, thus promoting their care and importance. The design is made in a sustainable way, seeking to generate a minimum impact on the environment and highlighting the conservation and protection of the environment. In addition, different eco-techniques are employed such as: the use of solar panels, waste management, a wastewater treatment plant, and programs that benefit the development of the locality.
