Centro regional de artes en la ciudad de Piura - 2021

Abstract

El presente proyecto “Centro Regional de Artes” fue propuesto en el distrito de Piura, provincia y departamento de Piura. El presente proyecto inicia con el análisis y estudio de la problemática al no contar con un espacio de arte cultural en la zona, teniendo como punto de partida un diagnóstico situacional del contexto urbano, social, económico y de gestión, el cual determina y predomina el sector y sus necesidades. Además, cuenta con una historia y variedad de cultura notable que a futuro instará de una infraestructura de arte. Actualmente, hay un déficit de equipamientos que mantengan una cobertura de atención especializada para un centro de artes y que se enseñe la cultura Piurana. Al desarrollar la investigación por medio de una metodología básica sobre el proyecto a través de teorías existentes y un alcance descriptivo el cual permite justificar los problemas junto con los objetivos. Así mismo, se obtuvo los resultados cuantitativos de una determinada muestra. Esto permitió delimitar las necesidades del usuario. Además, se estableció las áreas o ambientes para materializar el diseño del centro y así determinar un programa arquitectónico. Después, el proyecto arquitectónico se desarrolla el cual determina brindar un espacio de enseñanza y recreación en la ciudad de Piura, teniendo como fin que el centro pueda atender sus necesidades tanto físicas, sociales y psicológicas incentivando un espacio de esparcimiento público y privado por medio de ambientes que refuercen sus competencias que aporten y promuevan la cultura, educación relacionándose con la comunidad de la población y con la naturaleza. El Centro Regional de Artes tiene como propósito no solo promover el arte y cultura, se busca también promover la educación, exhibición y difusión, que genere diversos cambios y beneficios para el área donde se encuentra el terreno y por el alcance cultural o del arte que puede traer a las personas. Así mismo, por la interacción urbana y correlación que el proyecto pueda tener con las personas que se encuentran de paso, así mismo los residentes del sector y también de la población que vive al entorno del proyecto. Lo que se busca es generar entre el proyecto y su entorno una situación de confort y correlación. Para completar esta fase consideramos la normativa vigente para el desarrollo de las especialidades a nivel estructural, instalaciones eléctricas, especiales, condiciones de evacuación y seguridad, agua y desagüe. El Centro Regional de Artes busca convertirse para la ciudad de Piura en un hito mediante una arquitectura innovadora e inclusiva para la modernización empleando medios sostenibles. Así mismo, que promueva la tradición y la interacción cultural porque es una fuente de tradición y conocimiento. Finalmente, que esté ligada a nuestras raíces velando por el arte y la cultura. Además, que no solo debe plasmarse con el periodo de la historia; si no permanecer con un constante proceso evolutivo, permitiendo su modernidad, la difusión cultural, conservación de la misma para perdurar y aumentar en la sociedad moderna la cultura e identificación.

The present project “Regional Arts Center“ was proposed in the district of Piura, province and department of Piura. This project begins with the analysis and study of the problem of not having a cultural art space in the area, taking as a starting point a situational diagnosis of the urban, social, economic and management context, which determines and dominates the sector and its needs. In addition, it has a remarkable history and variety of culture that in the future will require an art infrastructure. Currently, there is a deficit of equipment to maintain a specialized care coverage for an arts center and to teach Piura's culture. By developing the research through a basic methodology on the project through existing theories and a descriptive scope which allows justifying the problems along with the objectives. Likewise, quantitative results were obtained from a certain sample. This allowed to delimit the user's needs. In addition, the areas or environments were established to materialize the design of the center and thus determine an architectural program. Then, the architectural project is developed which determines to provide a space for teaching and recreation in the city of Piura, with the purpose that the center can meet their physical, social and psychological needs by encouraging a space for public and private recreation through environments that reinforce their skills that contribute and promote culture, education relating to the community of the population and nature. The Regional Arts Center's purpose is not only to promote art and culture, it also seeks to promote education, exhibition and dissemination, which generates various changes and benefits for the area where the land is located and for the cultural or artistic scope that it can bring to the people. Also, for the urban interaction and correlation that the project may have with the people who are passing by, as well as the residents of the sector and also the population that lives around the project. The aim is to generate a situation of comfort and correlation between the project and its surroundings. To complete this phase we consider the current regulations for the development of specialties at the structural level, electrical installations, special installations, evacuation and safety conditions, water and drainage. The Regional Arts Center seeks to become a landmark for the city of Piura through an innovative and inclusive architecture for modernization using sustainable means. Likewise, that it promotes tradition and cultural interaction because it is a source of tradition and knowledge. Finally, it should be linked to our roots, taking care of art and culture. In addition, it should not only be shaped with the period of history, but remain with a constant evolutionary process, allowing its modernity, cultural dissemination, conservation of the same to endure and increase in modern society culture and identification.
