El control aduanero y su influencia en el contrabando de la ciudad de Trujillo, en el año 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación detenta como objetivo principal determinar la influencia entre el control aduanero y el contrabando de la ciudad de Trujillo, en el año 2019; como, asimismo, establecer el nivel de control aduanero realizado por las autoridades competentes de la SUNAT en la ciudad de Trujillo; además, determinar el nivel de contrabando de mercancía ilegal que se realiza en la ciudad de Trujillo y de qué formas es realizado; igualmente, determinar la relación existente entre el control aduanero con el contrabando de mercancía ilegal en la ciudad de Trujillo; finalmente, determinar si debe fortalecerse o reformarse la labor de fiscalización por parte de la Administración Tributaria en cuanto al control aduanero para erradicar el contrabando de mercancía ilegal. Asimismo, la metodología empleada es del método científico que implicará la observación y descripción de la figura jurídica del control aduanero y el contrabando de mercancía ilegal en la ciudad de Trujillo, sin influir en dicha figura bajo ninguna circunstancia. Por otro lado, expondremos los principales resultados de la importancia del fortalecimiento del control aduanero para combatir el contrabando de la mercancía ilegal en la ciudad de Trujillo, para establecer conclusiones idóneas sobre la importante necesidad de su fortalecimiento y sus consecuencias legales en nuestro país

The main objective of this research work is to determine the influence between customs control and smuggling in the city of Trujillo, in the year 2019; as well as, to establish the level of customs control carried out by the competent authorities of SUNAT in the city of Trujillo; in addition, to determine the level of smuggling of illegal merchandise that is carried out in the city of Trujillo and in what ways it is carried out; Also, to determine the relationship between customs control and the smuggling of illegal merchandise in the city of Trujillo; finally, to determine whether the Tax Administration's control of customs control should be strengthened or reformed in order to eradicate the smuggling of illegal merchandise. Likewise, the methodology used is of the scientific method that will involve the observation and description of the legal figure of customs control and smuggling of illegal merchandise in the city of Trujillo, without influencing this figure under any circumstances. On the other hand, we will expose the main results of the importance of strengthening customs control to combat smuggling of illegal merchandise in the city of Trujillo, to establish suitable conclusions on the important need for its strengthening and its legal consequences in our country.
