Centro de Innovación Productiva y Transferencia Tecnológica (CITE) Agroindustrial de Maíz Duro Amarillo en el Distrito de Laredo, Provincia de Trujillo, Departamento de la Libertad

Abstract

En el presente documento se expone el diseño y creación del proyecto “Centro de Innovación Productiva y Transferencia Tecnológica (CITE) Agroindustrial de Maíz Duro Amarillo”, ubicado en el Distrito de Laredo, Provincia de Trujillo, Departamento de la Libertad. Este proyecto surge ante el estudio y análisis de la problemática de los agricultores del departamento de La Libertad. En la actualidad, estas reuniones y centros de producción se realizan en espacios con poca calidad de servicio, con infraestructura de muy poco impacto; desarrollándose en medio del campo con equipos escasos como asientos, mesas de trabajo, o salas de exposición. Es entonces que con la inexistencia de un espacio adecuado para la implementación e innovación en el sector agroindustrial se desarrolló este proyecto integral. Iniciamos con las visitas de campo, relacionándonos con los agricultores y oyendo sus requerimientos con el fin de conocer todas las necesidades que tenían. Posteriormente complementamos la información obtenida de las entrevistas con datos estadísticos y cifras obtenidas a través del El Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego (MINAGRI), La Municipalidad Distrital de Laredo, Ministerio de Producción del Perú (PRODUCE), ONUDI, entre otros para poder cumplir la oferta y demanda actual. Además se estudio y analizo casos nacionales e internaciones referentes al proyecto propuesto para poder comprender el funcionamiento del equipamiento. Una vez concluida la fase de investigación, logramos realizar la propuesta arquitectónica la cual plantea la creación de diversos ambientes en los cuales se logre capacitar adecuadamente a los agricultores, estos ambientes respetaran e contexto en el cual fueron implementados, generando espacios públicos que integren y promuevan la participación de todos los agricultores y trabajadores del lugar.

This document presents the design and creation of the project ““Center for Productive Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITE) Agroindustrial Hard Yellow Corn““, located in the District of Laredo, Province of Trujillo, Department of La Libertad. This project arises from the study and analysis of the problems of farmers in the department of La Libertad. At present, these meetings and production centers are held in spaces with low quality of service, with infrastructure with very little impact; developing in the middle of the field with scarce equipment such as seats, work tables, or showrooms. It is then that with the lack of an adequate space for implementation and innovation in the agro-industrial sector, this comprehensive project was developed. We began with field visits, interacting with the farmers and listening to their requirements in order to know all the needs they had. Subsequently, we complement the information obtained from the interviews with statistical data and figures obtained through the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI), the District Municipality of Laredo, Ministry of Production of Peru (PRODUCE), UNIDO, among others in order to comply with the current supply and demand. In addition, national and international cases related to the proposed project were studied and analyzed in order to understand the operation of the equipment. Once the research phase was concluded, we were able to carry out the architectural proposal which proposes the creation of various environments in which farmers can be adequately trained, these environments will respect the context in which they were implemented, generating public spaces that integrate and promote the participation of all farmers and workers of the place.
