Propuesta de planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales mediante lagunas anaerobias en el Centro Poblado Cerrito la Virgen – distrito Huanchaco 2021

Abstract

La presente tesis nace con la finalidad de proponer una alternativa de solución ante la actual situación ineficiente en la que se encuentra la actual plantaode tratamiento de aguasoresiduales en la localidad de Huanchaco. El proyecto se denomina “Propuesta de planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales mediante lagunas anaerobias en el Centro Poblado Cerrito la Virgen - distrito Huanchaco 2021”. Localidad de Huanchaco una de los principales centros turísticos de la provincia de Trujillo cuenta con un sistema deficiente para el tratamiento de aguas residuales debido que la propiedad física química del agua del afluente no cumple con los límites máximos permisibles para su reúso. Se tuvo como objetivo principal realizar la propuesta de un sistema de tratamiento por lagunas anaerobias y proponer un tercer tratamiento, se realizó un sistema completo incluyendo diseño de canal de ingreso, un desarenador, rejas de limpieza manual, canal Parshall para la medición de caudales, tratamiento primario por tanque Imhof, tratamiento secundario por laguna anaerobia por el método de Marais y tratamiento terciario por lagunas de pulimento o maduración. Esta propuesta logra reducir la carga contaminante en el afluente y poder cumplir con los límites máximos permisibles establecidos en el DECRETO SUPREMOS N° 003- 2010-MINAM. Se recomienda aislar el suelo mediante un revestimiento de acilla compactada o mediante geo malla, debido a que según el estudio de suelos tenemos la presencia del 90% de arena.

This thesis was born with the purpose of proposing an alternative solution to the current inefficient situation in which the current wastewater treatment plant is located in the town of Huanchaco. The project is called ““Proposal for a wastewater treatment plant through anaerobic lagoons in the Centro Poblado Cerrito la Virgen - Huanchaco district 2021““. The town of Huanchaco, one of the main tourist centers in the province of Trujillo, has a deficient system for the treatment of wastewater due to the fact that the physical chemical property of the influent water does not comply with the maximum permissible limits for its reuse. The main objective was to propose a treatment system for anaerobic lagoons and propose a third treatment, a complete system was carried out including design of the entrance channel, a grit trap, manual cleaning grates, Parshall channel for flow measurement, Primary treatment by Imhof tank, secondary treatment by anaerobic lagoon by the Marais method and tertiary treatment by polishing or maturation lagoons. This proposal manages to reduce the pollutant load in the tributary and to be able to comply with the maximum permissible limits established in SUPREME DECREE N°. 003-2010-MINAM. It is recommended to isolate the soil by means of a compacted acilla lining or by means of geo-mesh, because according to the soil study we have the presence of 90% of sand.
