Evaluación de costo-beneficio entre el encofrado metálico y el tradicional en losa aligerada en Construcción, edificio oficinas el Golf - El Golf, Trujillo

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo, evaluar dos tipos de sistemas de encofrado, nos referimos al encofrado de madera tradicional y el encofrado metálico, en el cual se tomará en cuenta el costo del material utilizado, la mano de obra y el avance de la construcción en la ciudad de Trujillo. Como podemos observar, actualmente las tecnologías del sector construcción siguen avanzando, no sólo en softwares y programas dedicadas al anteproyecto de una construcción, sino también en la parte de ejecución del mismo, dónde todo se vuelve realidad y debemos estar al tanto de cómo aprovechar las innovaciones en los procesos constructivos, muchas veces en la parte constructiva nos aferramos a trabajar de la forma tradicional y nos dejamos llevar por la frase “siempre se ha hecho así”, quizá por no tener una información clara de lo que se nos está presentado, dado que no hay un estudio de mercado eficiente o no hay la suficiente información. En este estudio, comprobaremos que el uso del encofrado metálico a pesar de tener un costo inicial más elevado, con el transcurso del tiempo, resulta ser más efectivo y rentable, tanto para la calidad de la edificación y el avance en el proceso constructivo de la obra, que es lo que más buscamos hoy en día tanto nosotros como profesionales y la empresa constructora
