El acceso al servicio de administración de justicia y derechos de los pobladores amazónicos

Abstract

Identificación de la relación existente entre el acceso al servicio de administración de justicia y la efectividad de los derechos de los pobladores amazónicos. Métodos: Los métodos utilizados en el desarrollo de la presente investigación fueron el descriptivo, inductivo, deductivo y estadístico. Resultados: Para obtener nuestros resultados se identificó como unidad de análisis a abogados agremiados al Colegio de Abogados de la Libertad, quienes son una población aproximada de 3 000 abogados, a lo cual se le aplicó la formula estadística obteniéndose como muestra a 93 abogados especialistas en derecho constitucional; a dicha muestra representativa se acudió mediante la técnica de la encuesta por intermedio de una cuestionario de preguntas, resultado que posterior a su obtención se analizaron y presentaron en tablas y figuras estadísticas, en aras de una mejor comprensión, las cuales fueron el soporte junto a los sustentos teóricos para la contrastación de nuestra hipótesis y confrontación de resultados. Conclusión: Se concluye que, entre el acceso al servicio de administración de justicia y la efectividad de los derechos de los pobladores amazónicos existe una relación directa significativa, toda vez que entre dichas variables existe una correlación directa y positiva, siendo el valor numérico de dicha correlación 0,436 (bilateral); por lo que el acceso al servicio de administración de justicia que permite materializar el derecho al acceso a la justicia incide en la efectividad de los diferentes derechos de los pobladores amazónicos

Identification of the existing relationship between access to the administration of justice service and the effectiveness of the rights of the Amazonian inhabitants. Methods: The methods used in the development of this research were descriptive, inductive, deductive and statistical. Results: In order to obtain our results, lawyers affiliated to the Colegio de Abogados de la Libertad were identified as the analysis unit, who are an approximate population of 3 000 lawyers, to which the statistical formula was applied, obtaining as a sample 93 lawyers specialized in constitutional right; This representative sample was attended by means of the survey technique through a questionnaire, a result that after obtaining it was analyzed and presented in tables and statistical figures, for the sake of a better understanding, which were the support together with the theoretical support for the testing of our hypothesis and comparison of results. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a significant direct relationship between access to the justice administration service and the effectiveness of the rights of Amazonian inhabitants, since there is a direct and positive correlation between these variables, the numerical value of said correlation 0.436 (bilateral); Therefore, access to the justice administration service that allows realizing the right of access to justice affects the effectiveness of the different rights of the Amazonian inhabitants
