Aplicación de la metodología Carta Balance para mejorar la productividad en la construcción de una vivienda unifamiliar ubicada en Sol de Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación lleva como título “Aplicación de la Metodología Carta Balance para mejorar la productividad en la construcción de una vivienda unifamiliar ubicada en Sol de Trujillo”, en la cual aplicamos la herramienta de la filosofía Lean Construction, Carta Balance, en donde en primer lugar identifiqué las partidas a analizar en toda la investigación para luego revisar el total de las actividades que se realizan en cada una de las partidas y así posteriormente clasificar cada una de las actividades como TP, TC o TNC. Luego de identificar estas partidas, utilizaré mi instrumento de recolección de datos para los distintos tipos de trabajos (TP, TC y TNC) de cada uno de los obreros que pertenecen a las cuadrillas participantes. Esta toma de datos será en un rango de una hora. Una vez culminada la recolección de datos en campo, procederé a enumerar y detallar las actividades en una hoja de cálculo del programa Microsoft Excel para la elaboración de gráficos, en donde identificaré cada tipo de trabajo en porcentajes, estos gráficos serán tipo pastel para una mayor facilidad en la lectura de resultados, asimismo interpretaré los resultados del trabajo no contributorio a fin de mitigar este déficit. Posterior a ello, elaboraré planteamientos de mejora para tener una mayor producción y a su vez la identificación y mitigación de las actividades que no generan valor en los trabajos Contributorios y trabajos no Contributorios. Luego de aplicar los planteamientos de mejora, volveré a tomar mediciones repitiendo el mismo procedimiento en un intervalo de una hora a fin de comparar resultados.

The present investigation is entitled ““Application of the Carta Balance Methodology to improve productivity in the construction of a single-family home located in Sol de Trujillo““, in which we apply the tool of the Lean Construction philosophy, Carta Balance, where in the first Instead, I identified the items to be analyzed throughout the investigation and then reviewed the total of the activities that are carried out in each of the items and thus later classify each of the activities as TP, TC or TNC. Once the data collection in the field is completed, I will proceed to list and detail the activities in a spreadsheet of the Microsoft Excel program for the preparation of graphs, where I will identify each type of work in percentages, these graphs will be pie type for a greater ease in reading the results, I will also interpret the results of the non-contributory work in order to mitigate this deficit. After that, I will elaborate improvement proposals to have a greater production and at the same time the identification and mitigation of the activities that do not generate value in the Contributory works and non-Contributory works. After applying the improvement approaches, I will take measurements again, repeating the same procedure at an interval of one hour in order to compare results.
