Propuesta para la Mejora en los Procedimientos de Gestión Para Proyectos de Construcción en el Distrito de Trujillo aplicando el PMBOK

Abstract

Mediante esta investigación PROPUESTA PARA LA MEJORA EN LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DE GESTIÓN PARA PROYECTOS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN EN EL DISTRITO DE TRUJILLO APLICANDO EL PMBOK se logran identificar que los factores más comunes que causan pérdidas en una construcción en los proyectos de construcción de la ciudad de Trujillo son tiempo y costos; y que con ayuda del PMBOK podemos evaluar propuestas en la mejora de gestión para los proyectos de construcción. Independientemente del ciclo del proceso, de la Dirección de proyectos se consideró estudiar las áreas del conocimiento como Gestión del Cronograma y Gestión de Costos; por lo que se hizo uso de un tablero de comandos (Dashboards) y así implementar la productividad en la construcción, en algunos casos que nos sirvieron de muestra. En la recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de la observación y análisis documental que fueron obtenidos de la obra en estudio en el momento que se estaban ejecutando y así se comprobó la hipótesis. Con el estudio se logró demostrar que haciendo uso de este tipo de herramientas podemos lograr terminar a “tiempo” nuestra obra y reducir en casi el 10% del costo de las obras donde se apliquen, dependiendo de la naturaleza de estas.

Through this research PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE DISTRICT OF TRUJILLO APPLYING THE PMBOK, it is possible to identify that the most common factors that cause losses in a construction in the construction projects of the city of Trujillo are time and costs; and that with the help of the PMBOK we can evaluate proposals in the improvement of management for construction projects. Regardless of the cycle of the process, the Project Management considered studying areas of knowledge such as Schedule Management and Cost Management; so a dashboard was used to implement productivity in construction, in some cases that served as a sample. In the data collection, the technique of observation and documentary analysis was applied, which were obtained from the work under study at the time they were being executed and thus the hypothesis was verified. With the study, it was possible to demonstrate that by making use of this type of tools, we can be able to finish our work “on time” and reduce the cost of the works where they are applied by almost 10%, depending on the nature of these.“
