Nivel de conocimiento sobre diagnostico y tratamiento de hipomineralizacion incisivo - molar e estudiantes de pregrado y egresados en UPAO Trujillo 2021

Abstract

Determinar el nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes de pregrado y egresados de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego de Trujillo sobre el diagnóstico y tratamiento de hipomineralización incisivo – molar en el año 2021. MATERIALES Y METODOS: Estudio observacional, de tipo trasversal, con una muestra de 116 sujetos entre estudiantes de pregrado y egresados, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de manera virtual. El cuestionario fue validado por 8 expertos (0.960). Se realizó una prueba piloto a 30 estudiantes de pregrado y egresados (0.772). El nivel de conocimientos sobre diagnóstico y tratamiento de hipomineralización incisivo – molar se clasificó en tres niveles, bajo, medio y alto. RESULTADOS: De 116 estudiantes y egresados de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego de Trujillo 2021, el 35,34% tiene un bajo nivel de conocimiento sobre el diagnóstico de hipomineralización incisivo – molar, 43,97% tienen un conocimiento medio y 20,69% tienen un alto nivel de conocimiento. Respecto al conocimiento sobre el tratamiento el 69,83% tienen un conocimiento bajo, 27,59% tienen un conocimiento medio y 2,59% tienen un alto nivel de conocimiento. CONCLUSIÓN: El nivel de conocimiento respecto el diagnóstico de hipomineralización incisivo – molar en estudiantes y egresados es medio con el 43,97%, y respecto de su respectivo tratamiento el nivel de conocimiento es bajo en el 69,83%.

To determine the level of knowledge of undergraduate students and graduates of the Antenor Orrego Private University of Trujillo about the diagnosis and treatment of incisor-molar hypomineralization in the year 2021. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Observational, cross-sectional study, with a sample of 116 subjects between undergraduate and graduate students, to whom a questionnaire was applied virtually. The questionnaire was validated by 8 experts (0.960). A pilot test was carried out on 30 undergraduate and graduate students (0.772). The level of knowledge about diagnosis and treatment of incisor-molar hypomineralization was classified into three levels, low, medium and high. RESULTS: Of 116 students and graduates of the Antenor Orrego Private University of Trujillo 2021, 35.34% have a low level of knowledge about the diagnosis of incisor-molar hypomineralization, 43.97% have average knowledge and 20.69% They have a high level of knowledge. Regarding knowledge about the treatment, 69.83% have low knowledge, 27.59% have medium knowledge and 2.59% have a high level of knowledge. CONCLUSION: The level of knowledge regarding the diagnosis of incisor-molar hypomineralization in students and graduates is medium with 43.97%, and regarding their respective treatment the level of knowledge is low at 69.83%.
